Cimerora contact question
He is an unlimited missions contact, just like Borea in RWZ, just like Radio/Newspaper in city zones, just like Meg in The Hollows, just like most of the Shadow Shard contacts, etc.
He does not have a story arc.

Yep, he's the Borea of Cimerora. I often use him to mark time in Cimerora while waiting for ITFs to get started. ("Okay, so-and-so won't be here for another 30 minutes... I'm gonna run one or two missions for Marcus, brb.")

I use him to grab tasks via the phone, and mission teleport to Cim from anywhere.
I don't suffer from altitis, I enjoy every minute of it.
Thank you Devs & Community people for a great game.
So sad to be ending ):

Negaduck: I see you found the crumb. I knew you'd never notice the huge flag.
Alternatively, for those without the mission teleporter, you can go to Cim, start up an arc from Daedalus / Sister Airlia, and then use the giant crystal to teleport to contact (and drop the arc). This doesn't work as conveniently if you're already on a team, but if you're in Dark Astoria or something and want to join an ITF, RITE NAO, it's the fastest way to do so.
Rule number six of an empathy defender is NEVER underestimate a blaster's ability to die. I don't care if he has CM, Fort, both RAs, bubbles (both FF and Sonic), and is fighting next to a Storm defender with hurricane on. If there is a way to die in that situation, the blaster will find it.

For any newbies reading this going "But if I'm already in Cim, why do I need a shortcut there, and where is this big crystal anyways?", Doc meant Ouroboros. Also note that Daedalus and Sister Airla are level 35-50 contacts, so their arcs are in the 45-50 range in the crystal, meaning that only level 50 characters can use this method.

@Roderick
I played through the Borea mish's for so long before figuring that out.

When my GF found out about the Vanguard Weapons, she asked me how to get them. I explained about Vanguard Merits and how you needed the Member of Vanguard badge to get them, so she asks how to get the badge. "Just run Borea's arc" I say. A couple hours later, she asks me how many missions she has to do before she offers the arc. "None," I say. "She doesn't have any non-arc....... Oops."

It took a while to live that one down.
@Roderick
I think its Marcus Valerius, does his mission arc ever end? GEEZ or is it like a never ending time trial mission system in place to go hang out at Cim???
