I took the leap and purchased GW2 after playing Coh for 5 yrs or so. I hate to say it, Its the next step in MMO's. Its like Nintendo 64/ PS3.. I hate change, but gave the game some time... The whole game is alive, NPC characters are actually moving around the game with purpose. Imagine having a Brute with melee powers and changing to a whole different power set that u developed for range on the fly. Better Graphics, better story.. I miss the character creator for CoH and the community,but I Found myself sitting at pocket D waiting doing Bafs/lams or weekly CoP in the last couple months.. Time to trade the old car in with all the miles.

I played CoH for around 5 yrs and didn't actually get into Mids builder until late in my CoH career. ( I wasn't a big numbers guy). I soon realized that the char. Builder made the whole game and for me was a game in itself. I might give GW2 a shot, but want to know if other Mmo's have builders or plan to have them. Was Mids one of kind? CoH was my first mmo so I don't know if this is a dumb question. Also, Another question. Is gw2 a huge pc spec upgrade from CoH ?

I watched the Bruce Willis movie the other day "Surrogates", and couldn't help thinking of the sudden shut down of this game. The way it would change some peoples lives. Just wonder if anyone thought of the same thing..? ( or is it a conspiracy that this movie was being re-run on local TV at the exact same time of the announcment) (Que X-file music please)

I want to maybe try another mmorg, but does any even come close to the charactrer customization of COH? If so which 1. ty

I need help trying to figure out the differences in the types of damages on mids. When I take musculature core incarnate I get 45% dmg. I can see the bonus applied when I hover the curser over the attck power, but dont notice a change in the dmg meter under the misc buff tab.. now, When I choose "assault" as a power I notice a nice jump in the dmg meter under misc tab, but the numbers dont change over the specific power..(Hope I explained this correct). not sure if assault is effecting me directly or just teamates (says me also I think) little help please TY.

yep im elec/elec...running.. manuevers, stealth, combat jump, weave tough, assault(for damage boost) plus all the regular shields exept quick reflex.. Just hit the cardiac left tree.. now i have no end problems thanks... just wish i had my 45% damage from musculature.. oh well id rather not die and kill over time than kill quick and risk death if u follow me.

Hello guys.. quick question.. I just did a respec on my brute. I'm now running toggles out the wazoo. endurance seems to be an issue. will the Alpha agility help with end mod?, or am i better off with Cardiac end reduction? (never really can grasp end mod by the way) side note: alpha cardiac offers resistant effects, however on mids, when u hit view totals nothing under resistance seems to change.. ty for any input

and when the pre-ed is red.. can u dumb it down a bit.. is red bad?

I ve been toying around with dmg stats on mids, but need some help. I have spent billions on this em/sr stalker trying to make him hit as hard as possible (namely the assissin strike). I have gotten alot of dmg bonuses . my Damage is +35 percent under misc buffs tab and i have the %45 dmg percent incarnate power.. some of my questions are, how does the 35% and 45% stack up? is there a difference?.... is a huge dmg bonus x5 so much better than x4? once i have huge dmg bonus x5 does the large, moderates and small dmg bonus still take effect? example (huge dmg bonus x 5 large x5s moderate dmg X4 and so on.) ok last, but not least.. on mids when u hover the curser on the attack power you see something that looks like ex: 133.32% (pre-ed 185.5%) whats pre ed? and why is it written in red or yellow? is there a cap on damage of a power? I wanna hit as hard as the assissin strike will allow without popping reds. sorry for the long drawn out questions ty

I was trying to sell, and made a broadcast that i had a shield wall tp protection 3% level 40 for 1.7 billion. (because that was what the last one sold for on bm) and someone answered " for a level 40 ?". To which i replied. " yes it has the same effect as 50..." am I correct.. ? and also my next question is.. if i had a level 40 and put a 50 next to it would the bonus apply? thanks..

With the new trials having a lot of psi-dmg..I just notice i have 10 uses of this Sarafina psi-team-protection.. I didnt even know I had it...How did i get it i forget?

Any word on a mids builder update for the new alpha's

Im not well versed on ae mishs, but I know some brutes are 90% resistant to fire and do fire farms. my elec/elec brute is 90% resistant to energy dmg. Is there an enemy that just does energy dmg? or does anyone have an ae mish number? or what enemy can i use to design one?

"Love when I crash on the last boss of a trial and miss out on everything" (sarcasm)... anyway... sometimes when logging back I recieve the reward and most times I miss out ( like at the end of the mo-keyes team I was on lastnight) all that time and anti-matter used his crash my pc power..Damn! Whats the best chance of getting reward/badge when logging back on.. Any tricks or tips? TY.
