Are the mapserver disconnects still happening after today's patch (December 15)?

For those frequently crashing in Incarnate Trials: I'd appreciate receiving any PMs with your dxdiag info. This info will probably be cut off by the text limit in the PM, but we don't need the parts that get lost.

Edit: by "this crash" I mean with a Crab Spider in the super tailor. -
Gorzon, do you know if there is a particular Incarnate Trial that is causing the problem?

We are, actually, investigating this. It is a problem with specific doors in specific maps. So one player may see the bug if running Mission X, while another play may not.
The best info for us is the contact name, mission, and the results of /whereami and /loc. -

If you are getting client crashes (as opposed to LCTM), please send in the crash reports. This is the box that pops up, asking what you were doing at the time of the crash. I know many people assume those reports get sent to a black hole, but we do receive them and pull useful information from them.

Some stability fixes were patched in today. I'd be curious to see if it fixed your problem.

Today (morning of 4/15/11) we fixed some crashes. I'd be curious to see if that addresses the LCTM problem here.

We are investigating the issues with the Incarnate Trials, but I want to make sure we are talking about the same thing here.
When you say "crash," are you experiencing a client crash, "lost connection to mapserver," or just being booted out of the Trial? -
When you get the black screen, is your UI still available? Meaning, can you see the chat window, power tray, etc., but not the game world?

The Protector crash was, I believe, unrelated to the Incarnate Trials. -

If the team leader runs a TF that has foes fixed at L54 with their difficuluty settings on anything but +0 levels, the shards do not drop.
This happened to me last night. I was the team leader. I did not adjust my difficulty settings because I knew they would not matter on the Tin Mage TF. I can confirm this actually happened and just wasn't me missing the message, because support actually awarded my character the shards.
A patch is in the pipeline. -
