Cimerora Glitch Is Still Not Fixed

Ahem,...as I write this post, my toon is buried up to her knees in the ground at the Cimerora Crystal. Based on the last patch notes, they said this was fixed. Well, guys it's not. So this post is to let you know "The Glitch is Back".

i have an idea. why not send for a gm to unstick your toon? or type /stuck or use a ww teleporter or base porter or ouro porter or have someone tp you out of the place your stuck?

/stuck doesn't work, I've heard that the Ouro portal won't appear (but I don't have firsthand experience on this), dunno about the other ports, GMs are unreliable (sometimes they show up immediately, sometimes they take half an hour or more), and having someone TP you out relies on having another person around (and if you're going to Cimerora, odds are good there will be someone around, but not always).

Just keep pressing jump and wiggle around a bit, there's a chance you might pop out.

Yes, this usually works. Might need some time, though. Last time I got stuck (today) I rotated and jumped for 2 minutes or so. And /stuck doesn't work, like DarkGob said. The bug is definitely not fixed.

I managed to get two Alts stuck Friday. First one freed herself after some time running round the crystal. The second was TPed out.

I think all 8 of the team getting ready for an Itf were also stuck.

In short the bug isn't fixed yet.

In my experience, when I had been stuck in Cim, the WW TP, Pocket D TP and base TP will fire off the animation, use the charge, but won't allow the TP

On an ITF yesterday, half the team zoning in ended up being stuck, the other half didn't. It's inconsistant, but the issue is still there.

Also, the few times that it does actually work, you'll often end up TPing under the floor of said destination.... which means you're still stuck.

Agreed, the glitch is still present.

I've also had success by using the self-destruct power from the cyborg pack and res in the Cim Hospital...

Got stuck on a couple of toons on Friday, jumping backwards worked quickly in both cases.


Mind of Gaia lvl 50 Defiant's first Mind/Storm 'troller.
Deadly Doc 50 Dark/Dark Corr
and lots more on Pinnacle,Union and Defiant

Has anyone tried to just use the Teleport travel power? (I know, not everyone specs into TP pool but not everyone has Pocket D porters or selfdestruct buttons either)

Red circles when you try to TP. A jump at just the right angle will get you out.

Turn off all travel powers then strafe left or right. If that doesn't work then wiggle around, works for me every time.

Was not aware of the bug but got my character stuck Monday night; after couple minutes of trying to get loose I just log. Going for the day badge anyway.

The jump/wiggle approach has generally worked for me, but this idea is genius and I'm embarassed I didn't think of it.

Did you check first? Because the crystal is right in the hospital I'm not sure which of the two you're getting credit for.

And I've only been able to get out with self-destruct. So far I guess I can't find the "correct angle" when wiggling and jumping.
