Where Would You Settle Down If You Could Live in CoH?
Croatoa, or technically Salamanca. I love its atmosphere.
"Now, I'm not saying this guy at Microsoft sees gamers as a bunch of rats in a Skinner box. I'm just saying that he illustrates his theory of game design using pictures of rats in a Skinner box."
I like a loft apartment with lab in Aeon City, Cap au Diable. Always liked watching the sun set(or does it rise) over Mount Diable.
High Park in Kings Row.
I am taking my sig to MWO and MWT. Let them wonder what it means.
Well, half the reason I picked the Jackpot neighborhood of Saint Martial as Kestrel's "home base" was because I liked the look of the old brownstones and the view across the bay of the Giza. Sure, it's a little seedy in places, there are little wailer demons all over the place and some of my neighbors would be goofy anarchists made mostly of metal... But unlike the Shard (my favorite zones in the game-), it's a heck of a lot easier to get around in for someone who lacks her bird-things' wings.
So... yeah. Saint Martial for me.

That chick what plays the bird-things...
Kings Row: There is a construction site between the monorail station and Blue Steel that has a lot of sand. The purrrfect litterbox.
Catreena
"Why can't the villains ever hide out in the old abandon catnip factory?"
Barring Manticore's mansion? Probably an apartment with full view of city hall in Atlas Park. If stuck in the Rogue Isles, I'd say Agincourt in Nerva Archipelago.
Back of boomtown. In a cargo container.
Desi Nova would prabably have a penthouse apartment in Talos

Steel Canyon, in the U shaped apartment building just to the North-East of the Northern train station.
My first major RP character was given an apartment there, and that meant the world to him. I'd love to have his apartment, small though it may be.
"I do so love taking a nice, well thought out character and putting them through hell. It's like tossing a Faberge Egg onto the stage during a Gallagher concert." - me

Cap Au Diable.
As only the strong survive in the Rogue Isles and the University supplies easy victims for a villainous super such as I.
Regular Villain traffic goes through here due its easy accessibility for the Black Market and crafting stations...
...and SCIENCE!
Overbrook (AKA Faultline)
The rents are cheap, there's plenty of space, and its pretty easy to get an apartment with a view.
Sure there's a slight problem with Lost infestation or the occasional Arachnos raid, and the noise of the Clockwork can get a little annoying, particularly at 3AM when you really need the sleep; but theres decent food at Bianco's and you can get donuts 24 hours a day.

Probably in Steel Canyon, as close to Blyde Square as possible. When bad stuff started, I'd make a dash for the base portal and wait it out inside my base.
Paragon City Search And Rescue
The Mentor Project
I've always thought about getting an apartment in the building just east of the Talos train station... plenty of shopping, Pocket D for dancing, a nice beach to tan on, all sorts of water-based activities to do, a nice casino nearby and a very close base access point when needed.
The local scum is fairly easy to handle, and when unwanted out-of-town visitors show up, it just takes a minute to group up and escort them from the area.
Wonder why nothing grows on top of the hill near the train station? Couldn't be because we regularly kick Rikti butt there with others, could it?

St. Martial, now and forever. In sight of the bright lights. I'm gonna miss St. Martial so much.
Either Nerva Archipelago or Croatoa.
I wouldn't settle anywhere in Paragon City/Rogue Isle with all the things going on.
But if forced to settle there and assuming if I have super powers? I'd pick these few places. I prefer coastal areas or those with greenaries or water bodies.
1. Talos
2. Atlas Park (Looks new)
3. Overbrook
4. Founder's Fall
5. Perez Park
6. Eden
I will miss you City of Heroes..
King's Row. It's where the greatest need is.
I think Crimorea .. city area is quiet .. anyplace where the local bad guys or heroes con grey would work too.
Celtic Fist
Part of me is leaning towards Croatoa or Nerva; otherwise it's inside an updated and expanded Base Editor.
Apparently, I play "City of Shakespeare"
