Well, in honor of NCSoft, why not call it Seouless Corporation?

It also seems like there should be a scroll bar for the clothes, but there isn't. I can click around randomly and it will sometimes give me new options, but thats it.

And most of the customization options cannot be clicked on.

Ha! One of my new favorite things to do is find a long counter and walk against it. With practice, your character begins to walk in Matrix slow motion while everyone around you is still functioning in real time speed.

Hrmmm, sounds like a bad install, reboot the system and check it out.
The charter creator while limited was OK. most people are up set with the limited amount of charter slots me having one toon that can do it all, is just fine.

Could you be more precise? I just made a character last night and I could access all available options. What's causing trouble for you?

I just have white text on a background. No scroll bars or actual buttons. Updating my video card to the latest version, hoping that will fix it.

Yeah, that sounds way off. Hope the upgrade works.

Coming back to this: I gave chaos magic a go and I have to say it really does seem pretty punchy and a lot of fun. At least it does in the starting area.

I think the upgrade messed up my comp, actually. Now its insisting that it has no video driver at all.

What kind of video card do you have?

Apparently the kind that hates updates not specifically designed for it. Computer went ballistic, had to do a complete system restore of how it was yesterday.

Is it a laptop or a desktop?

Laptop.

I cannot recommend this game hard enough.

Going to see if I can influence the forum managers over there to make forums more friendly to the likes of us.

Can you tell us the make/model of the laptop? Might be able to find out what is happening with it.

Pavilion dv7-4280us.

It has an ATI Mobility Radeon HD 6550 for a video card. At least, I think that's it. I don't actually know much about computers in general.

It appears to have fixed itself, for I now have buttons.

As I asked in PM, what does this mean?

Hey I used to have that computer - still do under the bed. City of Heroes eventually killed it.

I have an HP Envy laptop with an ATI 5850 card, and i am able to use the "generic" graphics from ATI.

The 1st time i needed to update them, i went to the ATI driver page and ran the compatibility tool.

Once it said that I could use the generic drivers, I then just carried on downloading/installing when they did updates.

*edit* Side note: Good to see that at least *for now* it is working.

Actually, many of them involve as much or more slashing/raking than punching. Bagh nakh in particular tend to be curved such that punching wouldn't necessarily be the best way to use them.

Conversely, some of these types of weapons are occasionally incorporated into a gauntlet, in which case I woudn't necessarily take any more issue with them than I would spiked and bladed gauntlets.

Question: Is it possible to have two magic sets as your actives?

You can choose any two sets you want. No restrictions.
