Knockback scaling. When I hit a deep grey mob, they should get embedded in the war wall on the other side of the zone.
I also vote for aggro limits to be removed. I have such fond memories on the Liberty server where the tank (pickle) would round up the entire map and lead them into a dumpster. I would then have my illusion/kin controller (hedron) fire off Fulcrum shift hitting every single wolf, then we would get graphics errors because of all the hits... Then our trusty blaster (inferno) would one shot everyone with his inferno blast... Oh the fun... I'm definetely going to miss this game. Or rather, im going to miss all of you
Power boost with 6-slot pre-Ed short circuit.
Power boost with 300-foot power thrusted level 1 hellions.
Mag 4 stun total focus for drive by boss stunning.
No aoe or taunt limits. It was too easy but epic to watch.
Zapp with 5 dmg-rng HOs and boost range allowing for 400-ft snipes (shooting hami from the safe rock Ftw!)
1-shotting Lts with bone smasher without using boosts

I know this isn't exactly what you are asking for...
But I wish when they had that fork in the road, where one path was WoW based gear, raids, and continued character progression via grinding, and the other was fixing bases, base raids, and pvp based content, I wish they should have gone the pvp path. They could have linked base raids and zonewide pvp events together, they could have done so much. They could have made something special that no other game could touch.
Heck, maybe it would have saved CoH, and given people a reason to not just be heroes/vigilantes for the last 3 years.

I showed up at the game some time after issue 13, so I don't have any experience with nerfed sets.
I would love to have the aggro and target cap removed, though. Being able to horde a whole bunch of enemies on my ice tank, then hitting as many in range with an energy absorption would be awesome.
