That's partially what the star/note system is for, after all: to allow us to identify the players we don't want to deal with -- for whatever reason, be it rudeness, abuse, ignorance, whatever -- and not play with people whose behaviors reduce our enjoyment of the game.
FUN FACT: That burst of light when you level up is actually the effectiveness escaping from your enhancements all at once.

So excited for Water Blast. It's beautiful, and I love blasters, but still haven't played one with a "crashless" nuke.
I just have to decide what secondary I'm going with... I've already got the name and costume created and ready to go.

It's standard for any online game these days.
Now, that being said... All the people who are saying they'll perma-ignore people who make "pee jokes", or one star them, or whatever... Honestly, the people who you are 1-star'ing will probably not want to be around you if you can't laugh or ignore the banal humor, so it won't change too much. Personally I'm just going to shrug off the urine jokes, even the rarer "milk" jokes; save my complaining for the really awful ones (IE pedophilic or ****-tastic in nature)
The game's rated Teen, which is like between PG-13 and R. Not G. Tongue-in-cheek and bathroom humor is going to happen.
The Beta is full of bugs?
How can that be?! This morning Water Blast is a selectable power in character creation but isn't for sale because it's an unknown SKU. Looks like the market and the game aren't in synch yet.

One day someone will explain this eight-year fascination with Pacific time to me. Seems to me like a game played by a world-wide audience should run on UTC. When one schedules a live event I can see waiting for the PTers to be aboard, but for adding something to the store?
It's been a long haul through this last eight years on that sort of schedule.
The studio is in Pacific time, so announcements are usually made in reference to that because they can just look at the clock. Server maintenance is done by people living in that same time zone. Store releases are manually enabled by a person living in that same time zone.
Would it actually make a difference if Rangle had told you "early afternoon UTC"?
I'm on City. On Virtue. Making a blaster.
But for some reason I can't -buy- the Water Blast set. No SKU.

I can see Water Blast on the store list now, but anytime I go to buy it I get "System not available, please try again later" error on the next page -.- Why must they tease me so...
