What you can't tell from the screenshots is that inside each Super Mexicano is a slightly smaller Super Mexicano.

The Denny's principal applies in Paragon City just like in your hometown.

This is the most New England thing about Paragon (outside of the tunnels and cults and pushy pedestrians). Just Paragon has Mexican restaurants everywhere instead of Dunkin's Donuts like Boston does.

There's an implied point here: zone revamps are great but it takes so long to do, I wonder if some "minor zone revamps" just to freshen things up a bit in a large number of zones at once.
Some higher res buildings and newer "generic" stuff that could be incorporated into several zones.
* I really like the "Up Up and Away Burger" idea. Style it a bit like In-and-Out Burger.
* Public library. This would be a great feature for lower level (< 30) type crimes.
* Some of the "brownstone" buildings form Atlas Park.
* Moar phasing. Is this hard to do? Could some generic programming be created so that designers can more easily add phased "instances?" I have no idea what the effort involved is but thought I'd bring this up. Any of the above new places could use some hooks for phasing to add new interest to a zone.

I like the new signs ive seen, like Clankets (its a cape AND a blanket) and the sushi resturants (cant remember the name). We need more adverts like that to freshen things up. Also, can we have some new movies playing at the cinema. Seems like 'Rise of the 5th column' has been playing forever!
[EDIT] Turns out that the film is Rise of the Council featuring the 5th coloumn!
