I see CoH every day at work...I work in a prison and when I see the inmates in their orange scrubs I immediately think of the Zig.
So did you grab the inmate badge?

You might not actually be as crazy as you think! (I'm sure you're partially crazy; we all are; we're playing a superhero game, after all.)

Most (if not all) of the original ambient noises, beeps and blips, songs, etc. were available in a pay-for pack. I've heard some "CoH sounds" in commercials, other games, movies, etc.

I don't have a picture, because there's no place to pull over and stop, but there's a construction company RIGHT BY MY WORK that uses the Crey symbol in their sign.

That's not new. Several of us took a trip to Pier 39 in San Francisco after the second HeroCon. There are several markers both on elevated stands or flush with the walkway.

We had several photo ops for "getting our history badges" or "getting our exploration badges" and pictures were posted at the time.

I still do that at events and did it at the Pummit this past weekend.

If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.

I think it means "a black eye." Note the comments after this caption contest (you'll need to use control-F to find the one about Alabama eyeshadow):

Same here! More so there are plaques throughout the local park and I get the urge to read and touch them.

Fortunately I don't have to worry about Hydra, CoT, Clockwork or various ganging spawning on me

When ever I'm late for something and I see a fire hydrant/mail box/bus stop etc. I think; blowing up that will buy me just the extra time I need.

Well, you will probably be doing some time, anyway. Close enough...

I do this all the time too. Sort of a relief to know it's not just me.

Oh yeah, I know that, I've definitely heard them in different shows and series...but I'm talking about "randomly around the house", or out in public.

Nope. Also read that in the voice of Mr. Garrison from South Park.

OP: I frequent certain cigar and whiskey bars where the decor reminds me wistfully of Lord Nemesis' aesthetic designs.

I hear the 'boo-doop' of tells at random points during the day. It annoys me.

I actually use it for the incoming text message sound on my phone.

I also use the Howling Twilight sound effect for meeting reminders...
