I use Fire Armor and Fire Melee as a substitute for Radiation Armor/Melee. Just recolor it green and yellow! Looks good and feels about right. Radiation Sword? Hah!

The down side is that you're trading -Def in your attacks for +Damage ... Wait, did I say down side? I'd make that trade any day. The REAL down side is that you can't slot the Achilles -Res Proc anywhere ... sadness.

Just as soon as we get a dual pistols melee set, I'll be perfectly happy. Right now, I'm simply "very happy".

Precognition should be a positional defense based set.

Actually i'm rather indifferent about psi melee. Still, i fully support it for those who want it.
Your phrasing suggests that it angers you for some reason. i was going to ask why, but then i realized i'm also indifferent to that as well.

I always thought SR worked as a Precognition power set.

Precognition would come with a real taunt aura though. It would cause attacking mobs to have a chance to fall (aka knockdown) when you avoid an attack.

PS I don't really think we need such a power set.

The definition of censorship is necessarily broader these days. The old definitions, referring to the likes some official Office of the Royal Censor or government-sanctioned book burning, date back to at least Roman times, and are no longer useful in 2012.

Wikipedia says "Censorship is the suppression of... public communication which may be considered objectionable... by a government, media outlet, or other controlling body." (Emphasis mine.)

Merriam-Webster says censoring is "to examine in order to suppress or delete anything considered objectionable; also : to suppress or delete as objectionable", without limitation on who the actor is.
