I imagine they try to do mass updates on each system, like power selection, rather than going in and adding more every time a new set is about to launch. Some of these new powersets could still be on the drawing board, a long way from live, it just made sense to put their placemarks in now.

I would roll a Psy Melee scrapper. I already rolled a KM/EA scrapper as a concept of the KM being short-range TK attacks. My only concern would be the same that I found in my PB blaster: anything robotic makes me furious. Splitting the damage to be part smashing/energy and part psi would be awesome though. Having Drain Psyche as a scrapper defense would make me very happy.

Those hints and teases included nothing about a new Prowler Form shifting AT nor the Absorb mechanic used by Symbiotic armor etc....that is the kind of thing that comes straight from the horses mouth.
