The title made me think of Ray Stevens' The Streak, but on further reflection it should have made me think of his Santa Claus is Watching You song instead.

That being said, I need to run the ITF a few times before this is fixed xD
I ran into this on the 2XP weekend as well, actually. Near as I could tell, he was spawning instead of Void Hunters. We also didn't have a 50 on the team and were running at lv49, not sure if that had any bearing on the situation.

If he a full-fledged AV? giving AV xp rewards and all that?

So far i've only seem him spawn multiple times on the ITF as an EB. Also if you see a "spare" one spawn before you fight the AV version, the EB version will absorb one of the nictus

.. till now i had only met him when we had a WS in team or someone have teamed with a WS before the ITF... i also had ITF with no spawning of him..... no official word though how the spawning mechanic works tbh

I deliberately referenced Ray Stevens in the title and then a bit of Mojo Nixon after, because both songs were in my head for this. ^_^
And yeah, he's only an EB... but it's still a nice bit of extra experience.

I almost forgot to add the sad, sad story that came at the end of the second ITF:
I got a Coercive Persuasion drop... and then accidentally vendored it.
It actually hurts me less than most people, but still... grrr.

We ran two ITFs tonight -- one with Windwolf's PB and then one with my WS Squiddy Kitty. Just couldn't get enough of that Rommy guy!
This might be an even better bug than the exploding rikti drone one!
