You mean what Controllers also got (and do better with) and what all melee and ranged ATs have had forever?
I mean some of the new powersets that were promised to dominators as "dominator love."
The context of "Dominator love" was that Dominators had not gotten any new power sets since Electric Control with the launch of Going Rogue, whereas everyone else has gotten at least one new powerset option since the launch of Freedom.
In addition to the new powersets, which are what was most likely the thing referred to as Dominator Love, doms also benefit from the changes to Gravity and the buff to Jack Frost. And I'm probably forgetting something else.

Galaxy City and DA were slightly different, though. People in Galaxy I believe got teleported to AP. People in DA are still there, and the zone connection got changed to Ouroboros rather than Talos. In both cases, the "original" zones don't exist, the originals are just prefixed with "Echo:" and have had the contacts removed.

Maybe the devs wanted everyone to have created and sufficiently leveled some kind of dominator/controller in advance so that the promised "love" would be better appreciated?
By monday there will probably be thousands of new high level doms ready for umbra beast fixes and any sort of control AT buffs.

Jay Doherty: Yes, there was this one night that I was ready to go home but had to drop the browns off at the super bowl before I left for home. While on the throne it hit me. I stayed for a few more hours and that why we have the pain pads in the game.

Plus the only reason why Galaxy and DA were saved was because of the badges they provided.
As to Rabbit, what were you expecting? Doms are already good and got tweaked awhile back. And any powerset they get can be proliferated to other sets, so I don't really know what they can get that would be unique to just that AT.
