Seems to be affecting both Justice and Exalted, maybe all servers? At least whatever the problem is, it had the courtesy to wait until I was done with my TF, was very considerate.

Union fell over too, I can log in, all characters read 'Map: Unknown'.
HOW DO I FIND MAP?! \(o_o)/

Virtue's affected, too. Upon finally getting through the queue to get back on, it lists the locations of all of my characters as "Unknown". What's going on?

Arc ID# 70466: From the Abyss.
Arc ID# 403174: The Serpent's Revenge.
Arc ID# 534236: The Clockwork Angel.
I was right at the end of a respec ready to hit OK, less than 5 seconds away from hitting the button and splat! mapserved, cannot find map. Ah well, maybe there is still an improvement to be found in my build.
They just tweeted: They know and are fixing it.

Of course, trying to log in to those characters gave a message that the map could not be loaded,
Figures. I'm off this week and was planning another late night in DA.
If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.

I managed to queue up to get on Virtue, but then it couldn't find a map... same on Union, except for the queuing.

We're working on getting the servers back up ASAP. I've been forwarding information along to the NOC as I receive it, so thank you for the reports everyone.
If the downtime lasts much longer, not to worry, I'll throw Ustream up and answer some questions.

Zill--I did some limited testing and it appears new characters can get into the game. Existing characters cannot. I only tested 2 servers, but I got the "map" error only on exisiting toons. On Exalted, specifically, existing characters would bekicked but new tooncould get in. The new toon could also log in and out without issues. Hope that helps.

Server Status page shows Pinnacle, Exalted, Liberty, Victory, Virtue, and Freedom as online, as of now.

All of the maps seem to be Unknown, except for Midnighter Club, and Underground Nova.... The old Breakout map is also available.
Edit: Port Oakes is also available on some servers.

Update: Took a character to the Tram station on a hunch. On attempting to change zones, the screen darkens, but the character re-appears in Atlas Park "inside" the train track with a popup message reading: CantFindMap(10).
Edit again: Trying to walk to Steel Canyon physically produces CantFindMap(6). I should have clicked a few more maps at thetram, I guess the number varies with the map. 
The servers are dying aaaaah! I saw chatter that some servers were going down, then Mapserver Disconnected. Trying to get back in, it says "Cannot find map!"
And this was just after I used the God-Killer Sword on Mot. I thought it would make me powerful. )-:
