Today's update emptied my power trays

Same here. All power trays are empty with the exception of tray 1 that has only the holiday temp powers. Something getting broken in every update is getting old fast.

I was hit by this bug the first time I zoned.
...I forgot what experience means.
You's are lucky, i can't even log in, says my log in details need to be entered in and i have put my password and username in.
Yeah same happend to me.
The Devs should award 1200 Points for evry time that such **** happens, for what they testing builds at all, when major bugs like that get through.

Several reports of this on triumph. It seems to be connected to characters who are getting the temporary powers--Holiday Cheer and the other one--awarded upon login.
Reports of this on Pinnacle as well. Seems random, there were some zoning tests, but we were unable to reliably reproduce results.
Pinnacle & Virtue:
A bunch of Heroes - Alpha Team, Legion of Order.
A bunch of Villains -Black Citadel , Pinnache.
Logged into 3 different toons first on victory and then protector, all wiped the same as described. so annoyed logged out the game.

3 Level 50 Villians
Well, that's one good way to get me to stop playing and focus on my homework.
I'll probably watch TV instead.

logged into 7 characters on Defiant, and all of their power trays are just fine. Not experiencing this bug at all.... so far

Just happened to my Controller and a Scrapper on Virtue.
To those this hasn't happened to - are your power trays locked? Mine aren't.

Experienced this logging onto my first character for the evening. I'll update if, when when I choose to log another their trays are also emptied.

It appears to be newer characters that are affected. I have characters that are fine, and some that are borked.

Seemes to be the case on my end. I've logged in a couple of my older toons with no issues. Then I logged in Defender that's about 3 months old and he had the power tray issue.

Laughter is the best medicine because you can't O.D. and the refills are free.
I just logged in for the first time today. A "newer" character, StJ/SR brute and my power trays were fine. after zoning into my base via the base teleport vet power, all of my trays emptied and the holiday temp powers were added to tray 1.
All my open trays were full of powers, with no room for the holiday temps to be added, I wonder if that had something to do with it...
Also, my powers were not locked in the trays either. This kinda sucks... I don't wanna log into any other characters now.
the first toon i logged in so far didnt have any tray problems, but i also did not get either the holiday cheer power or the other gift power which is fine by me since its my main and dont really need either

Yup, I logged in all 30 of my Defiant heroes last night to get the gift giving badge and most of them had their trays reset.
Thanks devs.
I'm pretty OCD about my power tray setup. To the point where I screenshot the original setup when I respec, so I can get it back just right.
I haven't checked, but if my power trays had been cleared on all, or most, or even a few of my characters I'd be beyond pissed.
Good thing I have other games to play these days.

Logged into multiple toons on Exalted and upon logging in most had all 3 power trays and 4th tray that was seperate from tray showing only Holiday gifts. Logged into another toon on Exalted and trays were fine. Entered a mission and the trays only showed holiday gifts.
How bout dropping these holiday gifts.

New toons... yup.
Older toons I haven't logged in 2 years...yup.
18 of the 50 i've checked so far. Lots more to go.....

People told me it's kinda random, that both new lowbies and toons with 3 filled trays are getting this. And in some cases nothing happened to some player's toons.

Logged in for Winter Event and saw Holiday Spirit and Holiday Cheer in my first power tray, only. All other power trays were empty. Another great update QOL flock up.
