Titan Weapons? o.0

Okay, so I was over at Paragon Wiki, just hitting Random Page and doing a wikiwalk, and I landed on a page entitled Titan Weapons, and it said it'd be purchasable.

My question: I'm not asking when it'll be out or anything like that, but I'm curious about rumors. Anyone have an idea of what it entails? What are Titan Weapons anyways? My interest is piqued.

We're assuming that they're going to be giant-sized melee weapons, but other then that, I don't believe there's a whole lot of information out there.

Basically huge swords/clubs. We know the set will work on a "Momentum" mechanic where attacks animate faster the more you attack. I believe we also know the names of most of the powers but someone else will have to link the screenshots. We also know that one of the weapon customization options will be a railroad crossing sign.

We will honor the past, and fight to the last, it will be a good way to die...

The diamond-shaped yellow kind or an actual crossbuck? 'Cause the former would be cool, but the latter would be awesome.

it is the former, and yes it does, but I really need a big great-hammer for a concept to re-roll my WM brute.

I've been wondering if there'll be an electric hammer option...

Issue 16 made me feel like this.

Imagine a great white shark impaled on a metal lamp post.

There's your titan weapon.

I can be found, outside of paragon city here.
Thank you everyone at Paragon and on Virtue. When the lights go out in November, you'll find me on Razor Bunny.

A crossbuck with warning lights. Double awesome. (Though hopefully that's an unfinished texture; the lettering is missing. That's not to code. )

It's a shame the alternate animations for powers don't come with alternate sound effects. Not only do the lights on that need to flash, it needs to go CLANG CLANG CLANG when you're actually in the act of attacking (not all the time you have it out, that would just be annoying).

I am really debating rerolling one of my brutes to go with this, but the choices so far seem rather silly. The sword with more swords in it somehow makes me think of Homer Simpson and his "dogs... or killer bees... or dogs that when they bark, killer bees come out of their mouths!" speech.

Well, put your mind at ease, then! Technically that's a saw that has some swords in it.

... Yeah, that doesn't actually help, does it.

Is that picture legit?
I am both excited and confused about the Buster Sword being there.

It was put up during one of the NCSoft UStreams by NCSoft, so yep, legit to show off

I just want a comically large hammer. And an I-beam.

Someone posted some of the expected attacks as they currently are in the game. I don't remember where they are, but memory informs me that the set apparently contains an ability that mimics parry/divine avalanche. So yeah, there's that.

Either way, I'll probably be remaking my veeery first character with this set. Should be all nostalgic and such.

The Buster Sword from FF7 was a big-honkin' sword, but "big honkin' sword" does not automatically equal "Buster Sword".

No, it doesn't. But the middle "big honkin sword" pictured is very reminicant if Mr Strife's/Zack's "Buster Sword" from said game.
