Will VIP players ever have to pay for new power sets? Not individual powers, but sets.

Will the costume pieces only available with Astrals/Emps currently ever be up for sale in the Paragon Store?

My guess is these would both get a "We can't say at this time" answer, but maybe there might be something useful in there.

Cool, have fun. Never quite sure if I'd want to check these out, but since they're usually on a coast and I can't afford to fly out to them (not sure if I'd like the new invasions of privacy we have in airports now, either), it's rather moot right now.

Are further animation customizations planned? I'm mainly wondering about for weapon sets (since Axe, War Mace, and Broadsword share the same set of animations), but I'm also curious if the animation customizations we already have will be shared with appropriate sets. For instance, Fire Melee did not get the new Fire Breath animation, and sets like Peacebringers and Dwarves (Kheldian form) did not get a fist punching the ground animation, like Super Strength did for Foot Stomp.

I would also ask if any powersets are on the planning table for getting adjustments (beyond what we were told in the powerset proliferation stuff). I guess I'm most curious about Kheldians and Stalkers, since those two seem the most tweaking at this point, Peacebringers especially. People are prone to hyperbole with them, as they are pretty solid. I just think it seems clear they need some adjustments and am hopeful they are being worked on in some way soonish.

The only question I really have that I don't expect to be answered is: will Energy Melee be ported to Scrappers in Powerset Proliferation 4.0, and will it be rebalanced for the better at that time, since it lost its "single-target damage king" throne during the last rebalancing (to a set that also has far superior AoE). [Which reminds me, what is the single-target damage king right now? Is it still Claws?]

But, I'll be there myself, and I think that's kind of a waste of a question... especially since everybody will be clamoring to ask "When is PVP getting fixed?" and "When can I customize my Mastermind pets?" and other generic questions that everyone already knows will get answered with "We can't comment on this at this time/That's not in the current production schedule" like they do at EVERY con.

This is something I'd like for them to get to asap. Weapon sets and those that use similar animations (fire melee, ice melee, etc) could use a facelift, as well as any power that makes you do the Y (in YMCA) (like sleet, rain of fire, ice storm, blizzard, etc). More alternative animations and another batch of weapon customization are long overdue, aside from the obvious pool customization (which we're pretty certain is coming down the pipes by ~i22ish)

New question that won't be answered: Will all the currencies for incarnate content be upgraded to the same system once we have the entire tree available? I see no reason in keeping >=3 currency sets for what will essentially be the exact same content.
As far as I can tell, it's only using multiple systems so we can't hoard shinies and then just buy everything in the next issue, but if the game was released with this sort of content, this type of issue wouldn't have arisen.

Question 3 that also won't be answered: Is The Coming Storm Rularuu Himself? Because I see no better entity than a god to fight - when we're slowly becoming gods ourselves. And Shadow Shard content needs a freakin facelift anyway (including CoP).
I'm so ready for this praetorian crap to be over with so we can (hopefully) move on to Rularuu. It has so much potential that isn't being exploited.

Question 4 that could potentially get a reasonable answer:

Can we get some specific numbers/powers for Time Manipulation, and the ported/modified sets? (/ea for scrappers, /ice for stalkers, etc). I would like some insight into what's coming to be better prepared.

That's what is making it so hard for me to pick questions. There's no point in asking if it won't be answered.

Since Endurance Drain is pretty much useless in PvE are there any plans to upgrade Electric Blast? Perhaps increase the endurance returned to the caster to something significant or add a small chance to stun.

Any plans to add more Targeted AoE sets? The existing ones lack Recharge, maybe that was intentional, but the category offers little variety especially when compared to Ranged damage and PBAoE. Same thing for Slow sets, little variety, little recharge.

When are we getting a pie emote?


Who do I have to *&^% around here to get more Targeted AoE recipes added?

I doubt they'll ever remove travel power suppression... you can already kite pretty well with inherent stamina plus combat jumping and sprint. I do it a fair amount on my Blasters and have fun with it, too. I think they were mostly okay with removing some of the pain of having travel powers going while fighting because of suppression, too.

Kheld adjustments (mostly just want a shorter shapeshifting animation and some adjustments to PB powers that still don't work as well as they should) and more customization options are big on my list.

New question that wouldn't be answered, probably... new TFs planned for I22? Any expansion of Cimerora on the horizon?

I've built to circumvent movement suppression as much as possible for six years now - just like I built to accomodate Fitness as a fourth power pool, or planned characters to deal with exclusive markets and a non-functional mail system, or made due with suboptimal PvE builds for the sake of PvP because multiple builds weren't available.

Travel power supression is an Emmert-era mechanic: archaic, clunky, and a quick-fix to a supposed problem that was never worth worrying about in the first place. If we're all about QoL updates and fixing mistakes with the upcoming Freedom plan, why not take the opportunity to return some speed to the game as well?

We are? Then where are the adjustments to Mission Architect's longstanding issues (the current filter is stupid... my arc is invalidated because the made up word "Bladed" is somehow profane in its eyes)? The adjustments to bases and PvP? The graphical fix to the final room in the LGTF? The improvements to certain sets and ATs that need a little help

At any rate, I haven't really heard any of the current devs say anything about travel suppression, has anyone else? I figured they had it where they wanted it, to be honest. And I don't really see it as a huge issue, either. *shrugs*

I haven't heard anything about it in PVE, no. But Patient is correct in that it really was never worth worrying about. Jousting or confusing mobs via high-speed movement, so the AI gets stuck between melee and range mode, is so inefficient compared to just mowing them down with AoE that I am not sure why it was ever implemented.

And for those who want to: No, it was not just for PVP. Castle has said as much. I know PVP loves to get blamed for every power adjustment before I13, but no, sorry. :P

Especially now with the incarnate shifts, if anyone is happy to use travel powers as some kind of way to avoid getting attacked, I say let them. It'll slow them down and stop them from printing inf and tickets like a fire farmer in an AE mish

I would think end cost of keeping the travel toggles going, plus the ranges on powers, would be more than enough for PvE... especially now that all mobs have nasty ranged attacks. You're never going to get away scot free.

I dunno, it's just so minor on my list of things that could be better about CoX that I just don't even think about it, I guess. We're pretty maneuverable without travel powers, so it just don't bug me much.

Well, I'll vote for Kheldian changes... even if they can't comment on them, hearing that players are interested in changes will hopefully encourage something to happen. I'm biased on the subject, but I think it would help. Peacebringers aren't in a terrible spot, but they do have enough wonky things about them that I think some adjustments are merited.

I want teleport to have a shorter activation time, or the ability to disable the hover afterward, or shorten it, or something. It is useless in combat unless the user also has some sort of fly power on already, or the user is using rooted or granite. If they changed group teleport into a pseudo-wormhole type power I would take it on every character.

Teleport pp generally sucks, but I want it to be good.
