I'm a Penguins fan, so I stopped watching hockey after the Pens lost to the Bolts in the first round, but if I had my arm twisted to pick a team I'd want to win, I'll go with the Canucks.
Incidentally, I'm also a Pirates fan so I stopped watching baseball... around 2002.

This series is coming back to Vancouver for Game 7. Canucks haven't proven they can play even half as well in Boston as they do at home. I wouldn't bet on Luongo getting another shutout, either.

I was a bit shocked that a Boston restaurant would refuse service to anyone wearing Canucks gear. THAT is just wrong. I'm not too concerned about how anyone reads my emphasis...not in the slightest
Sometimes I think people really lose perspective. Sure, be passionate about your team etc but at the end of the day is it going to drastically change your life? Probably not. You didn't play in the game and didn't impact the result. I was sickened by that San Fransisco Giants fan who was beaten almost to death at an LA Dodgers game
. Vancouver had riots after the Finals in 1994 and there are countless other incidents that go on in sports where fans react in such ways. It was a good game for the most part. Will it go 7 games? Probably. The only way Vancouver beats Boston at home is if they score early in the 1st period to get the crowd out of the game.

It was a great game. Dissapointed my boys didn't win, and not overly optimistic about our chances of winning 2 in a row, especially with the 2nd one having to be in Vancouver.
I am keeping my fingers crossed though! The last time the B's won the cup I was about 6 months old...
