Spines/Electric does everything but the debuffs you mentioned, and remember that icicles stupidly do lethal instead of cold.

Dual Archery, like Dual Swords but with bows.

I don't know if any of you noticed but, this photograph has had something done to it known as shift-tilting. A technique that makes an ordinary sized photos appear as if it's tiny, a miniature.

Defenders were going to get Empathic Archery. It would have heal arrows, adrenalin arrows, clarity arrows, fortification arrows, rain of healing arrows...

For promotion of this excellent new powerset they should do a cross-over with Team Fortress 2. After all both are combat themed clothing simulators, the only difference is that CoX focuses on entire costumes while TF2 focuses specifically on hats. As such Hat Defense would offer an excellent opportunity to implement some of the signature hats from one game in the other.

For example the TF2 soldier would look really cool with a Statesman Mask and implementing the Towering Pillar of Hats in CoH would enable proper costumes for quite a few of the hat-based character concepts I have.
