Honestly, I have no idea when or what it's about, but considering i20 is still hot off the presses I am going to bet i21 is a few months away.
i20's been out for...what, a month? If that? Based on the way it usually seems to go, we're not "due" for another issue 'til probably August, at the absolute soonest. And there's unlikely to be an overview while they're busy with anniversary month. And even then, Issue overviews don't include specific proliferations and the like.
...so yeah. Prepare for maximum disappointment.
Well, we're getting a new zone, with new contacts and story arcs, at least one new Incarate Trial, and quite possibly some more power proliferation, if the devs hints are anything to go by

I'm not saying I disagree--we probably will get at least one more trial in i21, if not more than one--but nothing has been specifically said to be coming beyond i20.5.

I know I20 did come...
And I like the Incarnate stuff, but it was a very hyped issue.
Not that awesome like the devs pretended to be (At least to me of course)
I'll be happy if they add APP/PPP/Pool customization and free costumes.

It would be boring if everyone liked everything all the time.

Lose --> Did not win, misplace, cannot find, subtract.
One extra 'o' makes a big difference.
As long as we get at least 2 more incarnate slots and they give Scrappers Super Strength, I'll be happy.

If everyone liked everything all the time there would be no rage and doom on the forums, and people would spend all their time being happy instead of complaining that the shiny they wanted didn't show up when they wanted it to.
Of course, when you get YOUR shiny, it's at the expense of someone else's shiny. No matter what the devs do, SOMEONE is going to be pissed. Hell, if the devs gave us everything any player has ever wanted all at once, someone would get pissed that they have nothing new to complain about this issue.

Why?
Its been a while since I want to play a Kinetic melee/ Ninjitsu, but I prefer him to be a scrapper, I love the power siphon effect and repulsing torrent.
Stalkers doesnt have those powers.
I want to know if is going to be ninjitsu scrappers proliferation in I21.
With Incarnate stuff I dont have a lot of time to play new alts.
Also, I need to know if Judgments new options are going to be added, because my SS/SD wants a physical/eartherquake Judgment, and I rather know it before I craft another hability.
And for God's sake, I hope we get new costumes or an update of old pieces.
