If only I could use Perception to find all of the powersets that still need to be proliferated over to Scrappers. I'd find Energy Aura, War Mace, Ice Melee, all of them!

So far, the confirmed info for I21 is mostly that corruptors will get a buff.

There's also hints of an underwater city zone, with fish cops as a possible playable AT or NPC.

As a point of clarity though, I think with power proliferation, the most we've gotten is a "look into it" statement, but *shrug*.

As far as I've seen, it's slightly above "look into" and into the "maybe" category, which is still just as much of a crapshot, but at least closer to 50/50, whereas "looking into" is just another way of saying "no, but we don't like saying no, so we'll keep an open mind."

New zone will be high level in Praetoria, I guess.
Villains deserve a unique new zone or a revamp of an old one.
Scrappers deserve ninjitsu.
Dominators deserve Illusion.

I can officially confirm that Issue 21 does indeed contain stuff.

There's cool stuff.

There's new stuff.

There's needed stuff.

Hopefully there's not any broken stuff.

The only stuff that I can definitively state will not be included in Issue 21 is...

Nope, that's a picture from one of the trials. Instead of pulling the AVs to the tennis court you now interrupt a baseball game by pulling each of the AVs to one of the bases while someone stands on home plate.
