Whilst I'm happy the patch may fix some of the issue we've been having, I hope, HOPE that some consideration is given to giving us a free transfer weekend or something to compensate us. We are paying for the time and we didn't cause the problems.
Basically this is bumming me out. *sigh*
Pinnacle & Virtue:
A bunch of Heroes - Alpha Team, Legion of Order.
A bunch of Villains -Black Citadel , Pinnache.
Heard they are fixing the "helper" and 'help me" tags. Seems the colors are reversed. Looks like down time will be about 8 hours.

Ye wait all day to get onto game, then get kicked after 5 mins play. I can see this being another 6 hour "down" day.
Few more when the Europeans take over:-

Well, it's almost 7 PM here, and I've been waiting since 4 PM

Good morning all.
Just as a reminder, we do have maintenance every Thursday. Today's publish was not anticipated to be beyond the normal maintenance window, however issue have arose which have warranted extended maintenance. Obviously we apologize for the inconvenience.
I'd posting now as I've had a chance to speak with the appropriate stakeholders and am getting updates outside of the normal email chain. Unfortunately, I cannot post from traffic, which I had been sitting in while the decision was made to bring the servers down.
I'll be putting up some extended maintenance notifications ASAP.
And we'll have notes when servers come back up.

As soon as I walked into the studio I was speaking with those involved with this maintenance window. It also means that I drive to work and cannot post about extended maintenance whilst I sit in traffic.
Frustration regarding extended maintenance outside of normal parameters is completely understandable, however I do request that you maintain a civil tone of discussion.
