Could some helpful person translate this for me? Everyone is saying Friday night. I must be figuring it wrong because that sounds like 2am Friday morning, CST...

From the thread over on City Life, I get that it was something to do with a protest event, and characters holding torches, but I missed the events. I'd like to hear the story. Especially curious about comments downthread about "it's still there". Anybody?

Regarding "Joy of Movement" and LOTRO, there is one slightly mitigating aspect, and I do mean slightly. There are waypoints across the map which you can set as "home" and use a spell to travel there, once every so often (hour? don't remember). If you get a house, you can tp back there. Also there are "stables" where you can hire a mount to trot you to nearby waypoints while you nap, get a cup of drink... and for some further waypoints you can purchase "fast travel" which teleports between stables you've visited once.

In practice it means the first time to go further than you've been, it's slow. After that, there are shortcuts. Not enough, but *shrug*.

As far as things eating you while you hobble across new territory, sometimes getting killed is advantageous - if you "go to the hospital" (called something else) instead of trying to get back up, the magic circles where you revive are per territory - I've advanced across a map that way, not always intentionally...

It depresses me utterly to think this will likely be my fallback MMO, after. It's pretty and I love the background but play is painful after CoH.

They do have rain, though.

Maybe this should go in the questions forum since it's a question but I need your help, fellow players. Sometime in the last six months or so I ran a mission which I think was the final mission of an arc, in which my level 50 character ended up in space, like, on an asteroid, or the moon or something like that. She had a bunch of allies (pets) including Lord Recluse and others. I remember Recluse because he kicked butt in a big way.

However I don't remember what the mission was. I want to take someone else through it via Oroborous (before we can't) but I don't remember enough to find it. I've tried searching on Paragonwiki and also just Google, searching for missions, space, but no joy.

What mission was I doing?
