I think there may be an issue here. I logged in to find I had 7 slots to redeem, but 7 of the extra slots I had unlocked, but unfilled, on my home server are now locked. Redeeming one of those slots hasn't unlocked one of the slots I locked. The store doesn't seem to be down.
I have 6 slots to redeem but since I only have 1 unfilled/unlocked slot on my home server I really don't have any way of knowing what's going on.

Dark, they have had issues before where if you had slots unlocked but there was a communication error for them somewhere in the background, you couldn't use the slots.
When GR went live, the two slots I got with the purchase were unviewable on Victory because of this. They fixed it in a few days: not sure if that's an issue here or not.
Zombie, do you KNOW if we are supposed to get these? I looked around for an announcement, but didn't see one. I could certainly see them doing this for the seventh anniversary, but I wanted to be sure before I got too excited about it.

Lucky number 7 WOOOOOOOOOO! I was out of open toon slots on my server and didn't want to spend any dough.
I didn't notice anything about character slots on my initial log-in, but when I tried to open a second client to check my other account I couldn't. This is bad. I dual box and now I can't get a second one open. guess I need to figure out a workaround for it...
edit: I got it! Yay for middle click in Windows 7!
edit 2: upon further review, my second account is showing 4 slots, with all previously unlocked slots as locked as well.
Hey all, we're current investigating this. For now, I would not suggest making characters in those slots.

I was SO EXCITED to see the 7 new slots, considering my home server is full and I was considering buying more... Here's hoping we get to keep it!

EDIT: sounds like these are not WAI. My guess is what I said above: these are bonus slots that were redeemed earlier but were somehow un-redeemed by Issue 20. I have never purchased a slot, and am into high numbers of veteran rewards (I can't remember how high).

Thanks for the update at least. You should pass it on that we would be... extremely happy customers if we had some more slots sent our way, though. My jaw dropped when I saw this and I was extremely happy... even though the man in me of Swedish descent and Midwestern upbringing told me not to hope for too much.

Dromio, I have used all the slots I have earned via GR and vet rewards, so it's not a matter of redeeming. It might just be the number of slots you have earned over the years. Seven might be right for my vet rewards and how many I earned through GR.

I'm at 75 months so I'd have six character slots from vet rewards and two from GR (I think it was two right?). That would add up to the eight it gave me to redeem (seven now that I tried to redeem one).

I had 4 unlocked character slots before today, and now they are all locked and 6 character slots listed to redeem.

I for some reason have three redeemable character slots. I am very confused. I haven't tried using any of these alleged slots, but there they are.
I had purchased 5 additional slots about 2 weeks ago, but hadn't redeemed any yet. Logging in today, I see 8 Availible slots.

I seem to have seven new character slots to put on to servers with I20. Is this a bug? A feature? I had heard nothing on this subject (other than the adding of the European servers to our list), so I was a little startled to see all of those that I could add to my server list.
I... rather hope it's a feature, as my home server has been full for awhile, and I can only make new characters for it when I shift others elsewhere, or decide to give up on trying to make a character work.
