I had 2 slots, previously unlocked turned to redeemable... i tried to redeem them, but the slots never opened, then i went to remake a low level char, and after deletion.. the slot was gone...

Don't do any more redeeming or deleting. Or creating, for that matter (beyond what you know for certain you had open on the 4th).

I went to delete to under utilized lowbies to create new toons today to sate my altitis and NOW I CAN"T !!!! What devilry is this. What's more now I have locked slots on my Virtue server, that's not right, I havn't had locked slots on Virtue since 2008!

It's driving me crazy right now; have the itch to make a new toon but cant
.I hope it doesn't take them too long to fix this, but with all the apparent bugs from Incarnate stuff I suspect their priority is with them instead.

I redeemed a slot for my 5th year vet reward before i20 hit, it's gone now
Really wanted to make another scrapper, too.
Three unused slots locked, three redeem tokens gained, but two tokens I didn't use up before i20 are now presumed missing. I'll try to hold out for a while before sending a support claim, but I'm concerned.
Sounds like the same issue I and a friend have been having. Deleted a char to remake or make a new character, and the available chat slot disappeared.
This really needs to be looked at and fixed.

Yeah, I have unavailable slots on one account where all my slots had been opened but my other account doesn't seem to have the same issue. I want to do a re-roll on a character but I know I'll lose the slot. Please fix this ASAP.

I still say that 7 slots is too coincidental to be pure bug.
I'm *guessing* that this was supposed to an anniversary gift for later in the month and we got it by accident now.
The fact that it was accidentally granted is good enough reason not to touch those slots... they're not stable.
And if there actually is a million in one chance that this was a purely accidental bug, may I suggest to the Devs you lie through your teeth and say, "Surprise, this is an early anniversary gift!"

The "gift" is somewhat overshadowed by the fact that we can't access any open character slots, whether they're bonus slots from Vet Rewards or ones that we paid for.
A friend of mine is so upset that she would have cancelled her account if she could access it, Vanguard pack or no.

That said, I'd sure love to have all my slots back plus those eight to redeem so I'd love you to be right!

Same here. I have 6 to redeem and wifes had 4. Not sure what's up but id love to keep them.
