I had an issue in march where someone got onto my account and for some reason deactivated it. I reactivated as soon as I discovered, but that was like 15 hours later, so it doesn't look like I'm going to get to enjoy the lovely pack.

I've asked about it though, just to see what they'll say :-/

I noticed I have a new badge - Constant - is that it? How do I get this robot?

Is there a list somewhere or what is supposed to come with the Vanguard pack?

If your account was down for less than 24 hours, then you should be okay.

Kinda bothers me that my first account got the goodies and my second one did not. Both have been billed recurringly through CC since Jan.
The Shield is there for new characters on my account. It's an oversight in the description only.

Edit: The Seven stars Chest Detail is listed as Star 16, in case anyone missed it in there like I did the first time through.

OK, can someone PLEASE clarify this?

Are these rewards unlocked account wide for a limited time? So for example, June rolls around, does that mean I lose the rewards on new characters i make?

The pack is available (for purchase, if you don't get it for free) for a limited time. Once you have it, you've got it for good.

It's listed under "Inherent", just like all other Booster Pack powers.

Well that sucks.

If they'd said the server lists were going to merge before they announced this pack, I'd have it on the correct account now.

So busy these days. Finally able to log on today and ...no "seven years of super rewards" for me. What gives? I was active, the bank certainly agrees with me there.

...HALP! I PM'd one of our community mods. Is there anyone else I should contact?

Are you positive you didn't get it? You don't get a "badge awarded" popup (at least I didn't for any of my 25 characters), just it's there. Look at your Recent badges for "Constant"

Hmm, then yeah. I'd say contact NCsoft, and if you need to send them your bank statements showing that NCSoft charged you each month (with any other charges or personal info blacked out in Photoshop or MSPaint)
