Okay, I'm seeing some people with the badge and little robots and whatnot, but a lot of people also don't have it, myself included. I KNOW my account hasn't gone inactive once between February and now, because I bought six months of time. What's up?

i was just looking at the list of costume pieces available in the rewards, and i didnt see shields. Anyone know if those were left out? Was super excited about the Vanguard shield

It includes most of the weapons - even says so in the initial post (Have it unlocked on my lvl 8 scrap). But it *never* said shields. Maybe they want to keep that one purchasable.
Kinda bothers me that my first account got the goodies and my second one did not. Both have been billed recurringly through CC since Jan.
