I suspect that the devs actually bug HIS vent server

For a while though I thought Zombie Man was like some type of EB you would fight in a Praetorian Arc. I thought he would have been a dev named after a GR character like Noble Savage.

Zombie Man is one of a band of agents dedicated to the holy purpose of battling ignorance. Part of his role in the ongoing struggle is City-related ignorance. He's not the only member of this shadowy cabal who posts here, either.

They will never rest as long as someone is wrong on the Internet.

Honestly, except for new powerset descriptions (which I still try to do), I pretty much stopped collecting information in closed betas many issues ago and just bookmark ZMs guides now. In fact, because I tend to do focused testing rather than test everything in sight, I'm usually using ZMs guides to let me know what's going on in parts of the beta I'm not otherwise seeing, or as release documentation when an issue goes live.
So THAT'S where Arcana gets her info from... >.>

The Seven Legendary Forumites are

Dark Respite (for her Videos), Steel Claw (for the lists), Zombie Man(for the guides), Arcanaville (for the Math),Thor's Assassin(for the Arts), Golden_Ace (for the games), Beef_Cake ( for badge-hunter)

My memory is a bit hazy, but I think back in I14 I posted information from pohsyb that ended up in a ZM guide that might have been used by fearghas who is now Dr. Aeon.

The circle is now complete.

I think that Zombie Man is the legendary master of guides... possibly Smurphy as legendary master of marketing... maybe nominate Steelclaw as legendary master of silliness... and I'm quite sure UniqueDragon was the legendary master of confused dire warnings.
don't forget Mr. Playskool, master of the Strong and the Pretty. He's a LF for sure.

I hear zombie man plays both a spy and a heavy in TF2, AT THE SAME TIME!

and in minecraft, he found a way to use a saddle on a cow...

I feel no regret for forgetting Beef Cake and Golden Ace, but sorry Arcanaville and TA!

And fixes in bold above.

And many owe much to Beef Cake for Badge Hunter, so he's secure, but Snow Globe? Golden Ace's spot isn't so secure.

You may challenge for it via KULINARY KOMBAT!

What is Zombie Man? A comprehensive list...

1) He is a zombie.

2) He is a man.

3...

Yes! There's more!

3) He is a Pulse-Challenged American

4) He's a People Person... preferably with ketchup.

5) He's Someone Who Likes Getting Inside People's Heads.

6) He's a Lover of Finger Foods... as a side note; bracing your hand against a zombie's face to stop him from biting you... bad idea.

7) He's Thoughtful... especially after a meal. (though they prolly ain't thinkin' after that)

8) He's a CoH Guide Master... which is a helluva lot more impressive than a WOW Guild Master.

9) Well, can't tell ya, but if you defeat him 100 times you'll get a badge for it. Only 75 times if you say 'trick or treat' before whacking him.

10) Not sure, but if you're a Necromancer MasterMind he'll do whatever you tell him to... you sick ba**ard...

As far as me being one of the "Legendary" Forumites around here... well.. I watch Naruto... and I've seen what happens to Legendary anythings... they get KILLED that's what happens to 'em!!

And while we're on the subject of Naruto... can someone explain to me why, in a world where the substitution jutsu exists... why does anyone EVER get hurt at all?

Oh no! I stubbed my toe! Substitution jutsu! Cut yourself shaving? No you didn't... the log did!

Okay, I'm done... I'm back now... sorry for the derailment..

My mind wanders so often you've probably seen its picture on milk cartons. - Me... the first person version of the third person Steelclaw

Mr. Playskool belongs on that list even Less than UniqueDragon who is also absent. Those aren't Legendary Forumites so much as Mythical Forumites.

The kawarimi no jutsu or body replacement technique is a variant of the shunshin no jutsu or body flicker technique. While using the shunshin no jutsu to move at unbelievable speeds for just a moment the user places another object in his place. A side effect of body flicker is you leave an after image which allows a master to make it look like they were hit.

This would not work for something you weren't expecting since you have to actually be able to doge the attack...so no get of free cards for razor cuts or stubbed toes.

True. It's a useful technique, but harder to do when your also ninja opponent is just as fast or faster. stubbing your toe though? Nah, the chair shouldn't be that fast.
