At the Meet and Greet they announced their primary goal was Nov 16th, but would then aim for after Thanksgiving weekend if that wasn't possible.
Since we haven't seen Open Beta yet, I'd bet on after Thanksgiving (Nov 25th for all you outside America).

...-ish."
They will not release it prior to the Thanksgiving weekend, so as has been mentioned above, if we do not see it during the week of the 16th, then it will be after the holiday.
I'm suspecting that it won't be out til after Thanksgiving, considering it's not even on Test yet. Unless they're planning to bypass Test altogether, which would be possible, I suppose.
Well I would recommend no matter how good/clean it is next week that they go open beta instead of releasing it so they can enjoy their Thanksgiving Holiday.

I thought I saw a thread that had a release date for Issue 19 from a Redname in it but I cannot seem to find it.
