What happens in I19 to Praetorians that are already in Supergroups? Do those SGs just get 100k bumps?
Also, will there ever be a system to automatically pay rent as it becomes due, instead of having to truck someone over to Galaxy or Oakes every couple weeks?

What about Praetorian characters that start a SG? I started the Freedom "chapter" of our hero SG with a new lvl 20 Praetorian, but it does not show that he earned this 100k.

Along the same line: What if the Praetorian is one of the "first 15" in an SG? Do they get the "first 15" 20k bump or the "new Praet" 100k bump?

So what if the a player trys to "game the system"?
Make a new Praetorian...
Rush to level 20 as fast as they can (not too hard these days)...
Join the supergroup granting the 100,000 prestige...
Quit... (and the 100K stays with the SG)
Delete the toon...
Make a new Praetorian and start the process all over again?
Use this as a system to generate as much prestige as the SG wants?
(not that it is really overpowering to have super huge bases, but I am not sure that is what the Devs want)
Has idea been tested to prevent possible abuse of the system?

Personally I would rather they get a chance to earn it as they level. So much prestige is wasted. It would be better if you guys made the bases check only if you were not hero or villain instead of what you are so that praetorians can join either but upon leaving praetoria they get some kind of warning.

Quick question when did this 100k thing happen is it a patch we just got or its been a while? I am pretty sure I never got this 100k on character thats for sure.

I'm more curious about how the system knows to grant only the first SG a Praetorian joins 100k prestige. Also, nice bug fix as that stinks people are losing the prestige in there groups when Praetorians leave them.
I just wonder why the Lead Developer had to convey this information, instead of a Community Rep. Not that I don't enjoy seeing War Witch post, but I didn't even know about Praetorian signing bonuses until I read this post.

I'm not sure it's that big a deal. After a certain point, further upgrades to the base start costing millions of prestige. Even the mid-tier items are mostly in the 500,000 range. For the time and effort you'd need to "game" the system for enough to get the largest base and biggest items, you'd probably be better off grinding Purple merits. Sell the results, convert your billions into Prestige. Plus the character doing the grinding there is higher level, and is earning large amounts of Prestige just for running missions in the first place.

what if a Praetorian now is in a sg, leaves it before I19, then joins another SG?. will the second sg get the full bonus?

Is this going to be done retro-activley? as our SG has had a fair amount of Praetorians join, but the prestige amount has stayed the same. Also, will the group just get the bonus, or will it show in the SG window next to their names the prestige boost?
Tried to take a Prae out of the SG and re-enter, but the prestige did not change. So is this actually working right now?

It is just a pity we did not know about this as we are battling hard for the 2nd spot in the Defiant SG rankings and lost over 700,000 prestige last weekend when we moved some new Prae toons into a seconday SG
I would assume that a praetorian starting a new SG wouldnt get the bump since that SG is fresh off, just like any other level 20 toon making a SG would be in the same position. This fix seems more in line with the fact that a praetorian made by a fellow sg mate would still be contributing to the group once he could the join the group and not be behind the rest of his friends who joined that same group at level 1.

Thats what I was wondering. What if I got like 10 Preatorians in my SG currently, was their a prestige bonus given? Will it be given at i19 if it wasnt?
