From what I can see in the trailer, this pack looks great. A definite buy from me. As far as I'm concerned, keep the packs coming. Although I didn't purchase the Party Pack, I figure that some packs will appeal to some people and others won't. I buy the ones that I like and I'll wait my turn for those that I don't.
Killjoy - AR/Kin Cor | Grimwind - Dark/Cold Corr
Fallowlord - Plant/Ice Dom | Game Warden - TA/A Def
Thought Police - Mind/Psi Dom | Gammarauder - Rad/Traps
This one is a definite purchase for me. Got plenty of characters that have concepts which just fit these auras and capes.
And for £6.99 I have no complaints about that... Pretty sure I can avoid buying a meal from Subway and a bottle of Pepsi later on for one day whilst at Uni.
Now if only the release was a bit sooner I'd be able to stop feeling that some of my alts appearances are incomplete :P
Without a power, I definitely won't be buying this any time soon unless it's $5 instead of $10. I'd like to see it even cheaper. There are boosters I haven't bought yet because they just aren't worth the money. I wish there was a way to earn points in-game for these or unlock them in-game (even one at a time).

Either way, it's hard to justify the ever increasing add-on costs when it only benefits specific characters here and there. Most of the packs I did buy were ones that benefited EVERYONE on my account (like ninja).
Well, at least Christmas is coming and maybe I'll get a little more money in my "super booster" fund.

Steam jets I'll give you, but I don't care since I've been requesting those ever since they didn't come with the tech pack way back but only as a part of the self destruct power.
Oh and these are all colorable. If Fireflies and Snow are any indication, they'll be like the Alpha and Omega Auras with each one coming with a full range of body locations and combat and non-combat settings.
Cut and paste or not, all those options with many uses on existing characters in mind, I'll be happy to get this one. YMMV

Try doing some experiments with reflective ultramode particle planes in auras and just see what comes of it. See what kind of trippy higher dimensional mind blowing weirdness can come from it. Then work backward as needed to approximate whatever novel look the UM auras create in non-UM mode.

I'll agree with this as well. If this booster pack (as well as the 'Party Pack' booster pack) was $4 or 5 bucks then I'd probably get it...but $10 for appearance(s) and no power(s)?

Guys, we STILL get free costume pieces with darn near every single issue. (Or possibly EVERY issue, but I ain't got time to plow through ParagonWiki.) What is the issue with some extra stuff for a little bit of scratch?
And if you are seriously sweating $10, you should maybe not be subscribed to a $15-a-month game... or just accept that you can't afford some things and stop worrying about it. I do not say that snarkily; this is advice for better mental health.

I see the micro transactions business model is going strong, but it's probably not the devs I should be thanking for this. Remember the times when this used to be included with the monthly payment. Never bought a booster pack before and this pack doesn't really change things.
Edit: Seriously? 10 bucks? That's the price?

Now I think you are mostly refering to one slighlty over the top post, but letting yourself get caught up in one persons heated argument is not going to keep your blood pressure down. I personally agree in general with the feeling the guy has about these packs, while I disagree with the specifics of his post. I don't know if it will help you any, but try to look past the words and really firgure out what he is saying. I have been forcing myself to do just that for the last few months and the only people that irk me now are the ones that think no one else has a right to an opinion.
