Alternately, the easiest way is to bum a ride with someone else. Ever seen them put down the glowing orange thing that looks like this: <><>? Once you've hit level 25, you can use someone else's portal to go to the zone. From there, you can grab the exploration badge on the roof of the main building.
Once you do any of these things, you'll get your very own portal temp power that you can use any time you want (except in PVP zones).

You could also use someone else's oro portal to get into the zone and get the exploration badge there for the 'entrusted with the secret' badge.

I reckon the Coming Storm is a multi dimensional threat, much bigger than Cole and his robot army. And only the power of Incarnates will be able to stop it, hence their introduction at this point.

So I can clearly make out Reichsman, Rommie, and Augustus. The other two figures I can't tell... But they share the white aura used by Reichsman and Augustus, so you guys are probably on track thinking its States and Tyrant.
I noticed something. You see how the glass in the windows are broken? Look at the pillar of ice and flame... It looks like the top is broken. There is also that crystal titan guarding the door... Recall if you will 'As always, look for me in the pillar.'
The top of the pillar looks just fine, if you ask me. Although it does look like it's standing upright, which is interesting considering the rest of Ouroboros is tilted in the water. Though, that in itself isn't that strange, since it does float.

Rampant Speculation Cole's invasion is the coming storm and that's apparently something Ouroborus is fighting against. Cole has intel in Primal Earth and he'd have to see Ouroborus, with it's time-line altering abilities as a threat. My guess... Cole is the one writing the letter's, he's been trying to incite heroes in primal earth not to trust Ouroborus. He sees them as a threat to his plan and he is going to make it his primary target. In the pictures there are tentacles. BIG Tentacles. They don't look familiar, they don't look like Lusca or the Hydra. So I'm thinking Cole attacks Ouroborus.... With PRAETORIAN HAMIDON! Think about it.... We know he beat it, he could have captured it. (In fact I think some of the Praeotorian Arcs alluded to them having the Hamidon creature in captivity some where.) And the Going Rogue site, in Cole's bio, goes out of it's way to state that Praetorian Hamidon has claws and tentacles. Which I always thought was a weird detail to throw in, if they didn't plan on using it. Cole Attacks Ouroborus by unleashing the Praetorian Hamidon he captured, all over it. And we get to fight it! It would certainly be worthy of Incarnate level heroes, and an EPIC fight... /End Speculation. Edit: I see a Giant crystal DE monster there in Ouroborus as well. That DE presance makes me think even more,, Praetorian Hamidon VS Ouroborus... |

I think it's safe to assume that the "iron turned to crystal" is the Crystal Titan while the "pair of fives" is the five Incarnates that hang around the downed Ouroboros HQ. And "the well", of course, refers to the Well of the Furies, the source of Incarnate powers.
What I can't figure out is what the "spinning rod" means or what "evil's den" refers to in particular, but hey, figuring out is half the fun, right?

I came back form the Panel and didn't see anything about the Coming Strom, So I do think we be seeing it in the next Issue. Those tentacle have to do with the Hydras and that it and i don't no what going on with Ourobos Sinking, I guess maybe the Praetorians Started there or got fought out there, we just have to wait to find out.

Missed a level 35 contact and you can't get their missions? Ouroboros. It also lets you replay any arc you want again. Wanna play those awesome Rikti War Zone arcs again? Ouroboros.
Now, how do you get it? Do a story arc or get a badge related to time travel and you'll be "entrusted with the secret" and get a power called the Ouroboros Portal that lets you port directly to the zone.
That was only when we assumed they were all incarnates. Rucluse might actually be fighting them, since I expect villains will be able to do these TFs too.
