That could be possible - if Tyrant killed Richter, then the Weaver probably wouldn't have been assassinated, as there'd be no Recluse.

Actually I only got the Ouroboros yesterday. After I finished Black Scorpion's arc where you have to kill a future Recluse.

And yes I solo alot. Aside from Praetoria content I usually only get 1-2 levels on a team.
