So, how are you planning for inherent fitness?
on toons that i am planning to respec, most will just be getting the stealth pool for LOTG slotting or picking up recall friend and 2 things from stealth pool
Earlier levels I will be doing the extra Primary/Secondary effects. Other wise I have no clue as of yet. 3/4 of my toons have fitness for hurdle. Thats alot of respeccing
I use all 4 Fitness powers right now, so I'm planning to taking 4 new ones - not sure which ones, though - I'd like Superjump, but I'm not sold on the animation

I seem to be favoring Tough/Weave on most of my characters. Assault and Vengeance are also nice additions for characters that are using the Leadership pool (which is a lot of them.)
Does anyone know how to add inherent powers to mids?
I'm trying to start a campaign for everybody in my channel to pick up the Leadership pool; Maneuvers / Assault at least.
Maneuvers: 3.5% (Defender, VEAT); 2.625% (troller, dom, corr, MM, EAT); 2.275% (everyone else). If everybody on the team has it, that's 18.2% to 28% defense, without enhancements; 28% to 44% if enhanced.
Assault: 18.75% (defender); 15% (VEAT, troller, corr); 13.5% (EAT); 11.5% (dom, MM); 10.5% (everyone else). If everyone on the team has it, that's 84% more damage in the worst case scenario, up to 150% damage on a team of all defenders.
An extra 25% defense and 100% damage on an average team would be quite nice. With only half the team using Tactics, that's about 40% ToHit as well.

For main Hero and Defender I'll let him take more Fighting Pool powers, perhaps even reinclude Repel since that was such a fun power. My main Corruptor could benefit from more Fighting pool powers, maybe even finish out his Leaping pool too.
The rest of my characters will just be perked to have inherent Health and Stamina. It's a win-win situation regardless of if you have Fitness or not.

@Oneirohero
I'm not sure. For many of my existing characters I'm actually rather content with them having Fitness. Adding more powers would be nice and all but I'm not sure what I'd add or why (not a min/maxer).
New characters going forward, though? Oh, yes, certainly going to take advantage of it. No reason not to.
This is much like many of existing characters don't have a travel power until I hit level 14 even though I can get them at level 6 due to my 60-month VR.Its nice and all, but those characters are pretty defined, I like the powers I got, and honestly it'd be a lot of work to respec everyone.

A few, though, have more in their primary/secondary they really were wanting, so that'll be nice.

I am going to take powers from my primary and secondary that I was forced to skip. I will have the self rez on ALL of my scrappers who have one. I think I will still skip confront.

It'll probably be a combination of taking primary powers earlier, the stealth pool to stack LOTGs in, Leadership on my controllers/defenders/corruptors/dominators that didn't have room for it in their build before, and seeing if I can move stuff around to take Tough/Weave or Medicine on a couple of others.
I'm using Mids and putting the slots I'd be using on Health/Fitness into Rest and Sprint to count them "used" and out of the way. I pretty much just used Health/fitness as a spot to park procs before - 3 health, 2-3 stamina - so we'll see what I actually end up doing as far as re-slotting them. I do wish we could get a temp version of Mid's with inherent fitness, but doing it this way works just fine, if you don't need the math to be 100%.

Most of my characters will be fitting in primary and secondary powers that I skipped to make room for Fitness. These are pretty low priority powers, but variety is good.

And just to reply to the OP, I will be picking up telekinesis and snow storm. I'll also be shifting my powers downwards in level where I can. Not sure on a 3rd power yet.
I foresee a lot of my characters picking up TP Friend and the Medicine pool. They're useful team stuff that I don't usually make room for and they also don't need much in the way of enhancements.
I may also dabble in self-rezzes on my melee characters that have access to them, for much the same reason; limited overall utility but they require minimal slotting and they're really useful every once in a while.
And I have to say, if you've got the slots and powers available, the fear powers in the Presence pool are surprisingly nice.

Also: Six years of casual play begins to look an awful lot like one year of hardcore play.
leveling my toons from 1-20 wont change. i usually respec them into fitness at 22.
my current toons will likely pickup recall friend, stealth, fly or the leadership pool minus vengance.
it depends on the toon really. a lot of my tanks, brutes and scrappers that didnt have tough and weave will be picking it up.
and yeah a lot of fiddling with mids too.

I'm not. None of my builds had fitness.
Amusingly, if you take all 3 leadership toggles and only use the default slot, plus put a LotG in Manouvers, you are talking about a very big increase in endurance drain which might even cancel out a lot of the effect of stamina :P
|
For others, though, endurance consumption is why I'm pushing for just Maneuvers and Assault. Those who have endurance to spare can contribute Tactics.

the funny thing is, i have a lot of charactrs that dont have stamina, and i just get by on playing smart and not over-arresting enemies, so they just got a early kwanzaa present. a lot of my melees are looking at picking up tough and weave to get that much tougher. my controllers might look into gettign more soft control with presence..most of them already have the leaderships. im anticipating making my crab soldier really team friendly with stacked leaderships and secondary leaderships. i suspect she will be popular.
I'm planning on taking powers that I skipped, like self rezzes, Demon/ whip attacks and immobilizes for my Doms to help with runners. I'm planning to fit in the travel powers I really wanted instead of having so many rely on Superspeed or Ninja Run. I'm taking Boxing/Tough on some melee characters who skipped it. I'm taking travel powers sooner rather than in the 30s. I'm planning on making characters with energy hungry powersets that make me want to scream before 20 now.

Arc #40529 : The Furies of the Earth
My toons are already poking me to start my redesign planning NAO so that when i19 comes out, they'll be able to go straight to respec.
Usually I use mids to do my planning, so it's requiring a bit of juggling. It'd be sweet if we got an interim 'beta' mids before i19. (hint!)
In the meantime, slots to brawl and sprint, and manual addition of the bonuses I get from the stuff I put in health and stamina.
How about y'all?
