I'm experiencing graphical flickering, however, mine is because the images begin to corrupt. IE. Random power images start covering the walls, everything begins to turn yellow.
It happened before GR, since I had a picture from earlier this year of it occurring. It's quite annoying when you can barely see walls, see through the torso of an enemy, or have to do an escort.
I've noticed a slight flicker on my Praetorian's Enhancement screen, but that's about it. Thought I'd mention it though since I'm also running an nVidia chipset - GTX 465, Windows 7 64-bit, latest drivers.
Happens to me too, the whole environment randomly flickers all black only while moving.

ATI Radeon 4670

I have constant flashing as soon as I turn on the game, from my login to any area in the game, its so bad i cant even play.
Im running windows 7 64 bit
I also get the flicker, win7 64bit, Geforce GTS 250
I get it in non-Praetorian areas too, though. It happens everywhere with Ultra mode on. I think it might be an nVidia thing.

Having the same type of problem. A moment of flickering on the enhancement screen, the training up power selection/slot placement screens, and out in Praetoria. Out in Praetoria it seems as if it's momentarily putting a shadow over everything. Gonna try to disable shadows and see if that helps any.

Almost all Ultra settings at max except Ambient Occlusion
edit: It does have something to do with shadows. Any setting higher than Lowest causes the flickering for me.

I've been getting the full-screen flickering too in Praetoria. It's like the shadow maps suddenly cover the entire world for a split-second. I found that the only way to get rid of the flickers entirely is to set Shadows to "minimal" (e.g. the "old-skool" circular shadows under characters) or "off".
Hope they fix this ASAP!

Yep. Happens to me as well. It's a Nvidia 257 driver, though don't remember which 257 driver. GTX 275. Usually happens after I zone indoors, then back outdoors in Praetoria. Never happens on Primal Earth zones. It's a full-screen black, then back to normal. One to three flickers happen very quickly in a matter of half a second, and happens every 5-10 or so seconds when it starts to flicker. I have not tested if it happens while I'm still or only if I am moving. Shadow settings on Medium. Most of the rest of the settings, except for Ambient Occlusion, are maxed. 1920X1200 Resolution, if it matters. V-Sync Off. I believe I have 2x or 4x AA.
Yep, me too.
Likewise. It seems to happen the most often when I am turning my character with the mouse in Praetoria.

Happens to me as well, I reported the issue in Beta.

You can stop this from happening by turning shadows/occulsion down/off.
It seems to be perhaps caused by latency and the game trying to update the shadows to deal with movement/time of day.
GTX 260 w/ latest drivers.
Win7 32bit
Same exact symptoms. Flickering graphics, lots of crashes. Best I can tell on the crash front, it's a memory leak, and once you try and do something that draws a new screen (entering missions, entering or exiting buildings, enhancements, training up) it'll crash.
I mitigated the leak by turning dynamic shadows all the way down to lowest quality, but it'll still eventually happen. Kind of annoying when Virtue constantly has a queue..

Yes, same here. VERY annoying.
Running Windows 7, ATI 5770 card, latest card drivers
Happens when moving in Praetorian zones only and sometimes while in Enhancement screen. This has been an issue since Beta and for some reason was not corrected before launch. I hope the Devs get on the ball and correct this asap, as it really ruins the whole atmosphere of the new zone.

I get flickering once in awhile too, and sudden and random crashes that have nothing in common with each other
Other than the occasional spot or two the only real flicker I get is when dragging the scroll bar on the badge listing(Nav Bar). It is really bad though whenever I scroll the badges even just slightly.

Quick update. Tonight I turned off dynamic shadows, going back to normal stencil ones. Played a good number of hours with no lock-ups.
Whether they're the direct cause, or if they just help memory usage to balloon out quicker I don't know.

To update: I'm not having any crashes and it does indeed seem to be linked to both dynamic shadows and ambient occlusion.
