I used to use Equip Thugs on Fluffy for ***** and giggles on my old MM. There's just something hilarious about watching an entity of pure darkness rummage through a duffle bag.

I have the veteran Clockwork Oscillator buffing pet on one of my MMs & I accidently targeted him one day before trying to buff my pets. He started sparking like crazy & it was such a cool effect that I always use him to buff my pets now.

You know, I don't think I've ever seen anybody else mention this before. You can use the Mastermind pet upgrades on rescued guys. I don't think it, you know, does anything, but I still do it obsessively just for sheer wtfery. Of course, the robot upgrade one is the best by far:
