Kind of a cross between Widows and Mu if you ask me. The next step in evil henchmen technology!

Hmmm, I can see myself having to play my Corruptor, Little Miss Mayhem some more now...

Funny thing is, as much as I adore her new look, her belt buckle bothers me. As someone used to wearing heavy buckles, I can tell that from looking at that one, it'll kill your stomach once you sit down...

Well... it's a good thing she never sits, isn't it?

So, Im rusty on CoH lore, so someone needs to help set me straight. Okay lemme see, the one the left is Sister Psyche correct? Then the next one is Aurora Borealis, whom Sister Psyche's mind inhabits? That's the bit I'm must unsure about. Ok then, middle right is the old Mother Mayhem model, and the far right one is the new Mother Mayhem model.
Ok, Im done rambling. Now someone tell
me where I messed up. :P

She seems to be a Dominator now. Wonder when that happened.

You got the models right. Sister Psyche *used to* inhabit Aurora's body, but she got her body back and they're now two again.

In Praetoria, Sister Psyche (Mother Mayhem) is still inhabiting Aurora's body, and Aurora's husband, Calvin is ticked off about it.

"The Seers put a stop to crime before it even happens"

hmmm....kinda sounds like "The Minority Report".

Prometheus: ... so what I told you was true, from a certain point of view.
Me: From a certain point of view?
Prometheus: You're going to find that many of the truths we cling to depend greatly on your point of view.
Me: You're right about that. Power Blast is very pretty from a certain point of view. But that point of view is not head-on. <Kaboom> - Arcanaville.

Because she's worth it.

With the ability to expend more funding on the sciences, Praetoria's made advances in hair-care we won't see for decades.

Might have been mother mayham that was the patient and took over the doc.. Aurora borealis. That would give the reason for mother mayham being so... young.

But why on earth does the seers have reduced life span? hmmm
I sense a soul eater, draining life force or something...
The short life span it's an hoax.
Its better to lie saying "I'm saving lifes and making the place safer in the process!" than "Hey, I'm kidnaping ppl to enslave them and use them to opress you all!"

Ignoring anyone is a mistake. You might miss something viral to your cause.

Or pants, period. What she has right now are just high boots with holes.

That look for her chest is totally awsome, and so far ahead of what we have right now that I've had to escalate its priority status to the same level as animated hair - I need them both, and I need them now

I wonder if "Little Miss Mayhem" is a popular children's book in Praetoria.

When has a superheroine or supervillainess ever wore pants?

The first step in being sane is to admit that you are insane.

What We are seeing on the Going Rogue site is how Emperor Cole, aka Tyrant, presents himself and his followers to the Praetorian public. We are seeing the story that Emperor's Cole Group gives to the Praetorian Citizens.

What Emperor Cole and his Main Followers present themselves as is not their "true selfs." Those of us who have played through the Maria Jenkins and Tina McIntyre Arcs have encountered the "real" persona's of the Praetorian Powers.

The Going Rogue Webpage is an INTENTIONAL MIND-BENDER designed to screw around with new players who are unfamiliar with the history of the Praetorian encounters with the Primal Earth Heroes. That's why the updates are such a big deal. We are seeing the story the Loyalists are told, while already knowing the truth the Resistance is trying to tell to the rest of the Praetorians.
Let's play the hypothetical game ...

If you have lived your life knowing your parents are your biological parents ... then all of a sudden ... say when you are 22-23 ... someone comes up to you and tells you that you are adopted, and your parents aren't your real parents, do you believe them ?

If you have absolutely NO WAY to tell which is true, and which is false, what do you believe ?

Praetoria is exactly the same. What we 'know' from doing the Praetorian arc on CoH makes Praetoria seem like a mean and savage place and that Tyrant is evil ... Cole however makes it sound like a paradise, the background stories prove that it is, and Cole and his Praetorian Guard have never done anything but good for humanity. But which is true ? and if you think you KNOW which one is true, prove it ...

You can't ... just because the website says differently than the in-game arcs, doesn't mean that the site is the intentional mind bender ... maybe it is the story arcs that are the mind benders, and we're only just getting the truth!

Think about that ...

The current Praetorians will be retconned to give them more depth - right now, they're mostly just twirling moustaches, stroking goatees, adjusting eyepatches and comparing evil laughs - there's not really much subtlety to them, which still makes them fun in their own way - but Praetoria 1.0 is incompatible with Paretoria 2.0, from motivations to minions to mission maps - just about the only thing Maria Jenkins' arc has in common with GR are names and some locations, and the idea of an alternative dimension ruled by superheroes who went bad.

Once GR goes live, the ruined wasteland of a world ruled by the openly evil and insane Praetorians we've come to know will be totally retconned out of existence - it'll never have existed, and Praetoria will always have been the way it's protrayed in GR.

Won't it be interesting doing Maria Jenkins arc when you started out as a Praetorian? o.O "Their embrace of Tyranny is truly staggering."

I'm guessing that arc will be moved to the ouroboros flashback system like the old positron tf.
