CoH Updater will not finish loading

I cant connect either !!! I have restarted modem etc although I can load every page I cannot connect to CoH Updater
Long answer would just end up getting me censord...
So short answer is "yes i to am experiancing this problem"
Same thing here. I checked and servers show as up on the main page.

yep unable to connect here wonder if they are doing some update on the loader
I logged in hoping to not find a thread like this when it happened to me too. 
the test server is up.
crap. I guess anything we will do is useless atm

Funny I ran the program yesterday to make sure it was updated and it went to the login screen fine. Today I reactivate my account to play again and I immediately get the ..
Connecting ...#3,4,5,6 etc.
So I guess it's all my fault...

I can't log in either. Log-in server must be down.
Any idea how long that takes to fix? Do you think that they know about it?

lol the server status page says all the servers are up but the test server is down.

Same problem on the EU test server BTW. So only Minesweeper for me
Edit : BTW, I'm EU side if you didn't guess, so it's not only a NA problem.

Reached 75. Don't think this is going to change.

Looks like it's just the patch server - I found my copy of the old "City of Heroes Launcher" app that can bypass the updater and I could log in OK.
Meanwhile, the updater is up to #54 for me.
(No, I couldn't find a current link to download the CoH Launcher app, and they don't like us using that anyway as bypassing the updater also skips the EULA display.)

Hello, everyone.
I seem to be having an old problem. The updater used to launch the game and connect to all of the servers just keeps cycling through "Connecting 1 . .2 . .3 . .4", etc. Its presently on #11, and it looks to me that it would cycle all day without ever reaching the game servers.
I noticed an announcement about a new Updater, but I did not see any downloads for the game coming through to my system. I've been here for several years, and am running on XP. Looks like a problem outside of my system. Anyone experiencing the same?
