The current voting trend raises a question. What happens if, say in Feb, we get a totally lopsided vote and a few pieces get all the votes and like a dozen get no votes at all? Do we all vote again for which of the 12 shouldn't be eliminated? Also if after the 2nd round there are still say 6 with no votes then who stays and who goes... is there a plan in place should this happen?
Lousy Day. with Battlewraith and frost a close scond.
there were alot of good entries this month though.
Love Lousy's piece.
Johnnykat gets my vote...

I'ma vote for Eddy Swan, with Lousy_Day being just a BREATH behind... I was tickled by the thought of a slim breath of a girl winning the gigantic-barbell lifting contest.
BTW...Lousy_Day, dude, that piece is... is... epic.
I was glad to see Bubba, Frost and Pyro enter from the designer quarters! Good to see other types of FArt. Sad to see that the sculptor didn't make it in.

Lousy Day hands down. I've rarely seen such good use of eye pathing. My attention has been played like a fiddle. Well done.

The Guide to BURN
I vote for Christopher Robin's burning monkey.
Okay This is really really hard one. The usual heavy hitters are as expected hitting very very hard.
I like Frost's with the in-jokes from Shia's and the comment I made about Juggy's. Clutch has yet again astounded me with the ease in which he creates art. Pyro's graphic art is so clean I could see being used as a poster for the real Olympics.
My vote has to go to Lousy_Day because I hate it the most... Which in some sort of sick twisted way means it's actually the best piece for this month. It's too early to play the game yet.
My Vote Lousy_Day.
Lousy Day.
I didn't check out all the votes but I am assuming I am not being original by voting for Lousy Day. I had a few others that I really liked but ... this time I really really liked that peticular piece so I have to vote for that one.

My vote goes to FrozenDeath (AKA Battlewraith) for January.
Battlewraith's piece hit all the requirements most clearly to me and was visually interesting and executed very well! (and voting for yourself is apparently considered bad taste )
Other pieces I liked for hitting on all the requirements clearly to me and also being visually interesting were Clutch, Juggertha and U-Naught.
A couple others that really stood out for me in terms of unique layout, colors and/or execution were Lousy_Day and Eddy Swan.
Honestly though, good job to all entrants and I am REALLY looking forward to next month's competition!

I really like a lot of these. Thanks to Scooter for pointing me up here. I would like to vote for Lousy Day. I want that printed and made into a poster for my wall!
Guardian of CHRYSALIS
Victory Limitless- /chanjoin "Victory Limitless"
P.E.R.C. First Chair- P.E.R.C. Site, Victory Over Hamidon
All very excellent pieces.
I'll vote for Shia for surviving controversy and for making me laugh very hard.

Ha, a lot of these are hilarious. Good chuckles during the work day.
Juggertha has some well done panels and action in his, but I'm always captured by Lousy Day's look and abilities. So Lousy Day it is.
He really should change his name... haven't seen him do anything lousy in art or in game.
Guide: Tanking, Wall of Fire Style (Updated for I19!), and the Four Rules of Tanking
Story Arc: Belated Justice, #88003
Synopsis: Explore the fine line between justice and vengeance as you help a hero of Talos Island bring his friend's murderer to justice.
Grey Pilgrim: Fire/Fire Tanker (50), Victory
I vote for IB .. I found his stick figures to breath a life into the contest that surly helps it to embody the true nature of the event my focusing on the simplistic style of art more formally related to non-artistic persons.. however also gleaming itself to the more stylized sense of form and balance used for perspective analytic styles used largely for main stream media outlets and common construction working signs..

This is not a dis at IB by any means even though he stole my idea and I couldn't come up with a better one in time to enter!
*bump*
Lousy_Day gets my final vote.
But I give a special honorable Missy K shout out to:
Happy Dan - PyroNympho - ScooterTwo (i like these pieces as well)
