I've been a member of Unleashed since it began. We're a bunch of personalities that get along most of the time, but don't mind bumping heads either. Lots of user-generated content in the Laboratory, Geek Culture that ranges from MLP to Doctor Who, to Final Fantasy, MMO Discussion, and plenty of other forums that you have to be a registered member to see.
Come and check us out, and see if you'd like to stay a while! -
DC helped get me through algebra when I was having a tough time during college. For that I will always be grateful.
All I can say is tell him to be strong. I don't even know what else to say. -
I'll be auctioned, but I wont be able to attend.

Since I've never played in windowed mode...how do I switch it?

So...I'm back! Yay! However, I have a problem. As soon as I log into the game my mouse pointer goes missing. I have to tab out and in again to see where the hell my mouse even is. Is this a known issue, or is it something particular to my computer alone? It's massively sucky.

Now I just have to figure out how to make my mouse show up on the screen...

Quote:Probably a lot like dark blast for defenders, but tweaked a little...http://www.cityofheroes.com/news/new..._power_se.html
2 things:
Holy cow.
Poison.
If this were 2009 I would be all OVER fire/therm for defenders, but I'm still really pleased. Can't wait to see what dark blasters will look like either. -
Quote:Because I don't feel like I'm pulling my weight in the Trial. If I get a core, and then get blasted into oblivion and end up hitting the hospital every 3-5 minutes (I was keeping track) not only am I not enjoying myself, but my leaguemates are lacking the core to get the trial done. Eventually I just handed my cores off to someone a little less squishy, but it didn't make me feel any kind of good. In fact, I haven't done one since.I think Des is right in that once people get used to it, it won't be such a (sniker) trial. Honestly the thing most people doen't seem to know is that after the 1st reactor you have to lead Anti-matter to the terminals to unlock them. My second trial was a good 20 minutes before that was figured out.
For what ever reason people are treating this as harder than it really is. Is every one so freaked out that your lvl 50 squishy has to hospital every few minuets? There is a learning curve to be sure but by this time with the Lamba and BAF we had it down to 1,2,3 cha cha cha. It's a dance now. Both of those trials are so easy they're boring. -
Lol, amen MP. We may stand apart, but we never stand alone.

Does it even matter? The same people who were on VB09 will be back in VB.

Quote:I'm new to it, but I've been catching teams pretty easily, and they've been advertised in globals.Since it looks I'm going to need a metric butt-ton of Astral and Empyrean Merits to afford all the new costume stuff in I20.5, I definitely need to ramp up my Trial runs. My problem is that I can't seem to find when they're running. During my normal playtime (8PM - midnight EST), I log in and check out Pocket D and most of the time no one is running a Trial (or it's already going on and there aren't enough people for a second). Last night I was in D, and we had about half a Lamda ready, but no one even knew how to start a Trial (I think it has something to do with the LFG Queue... I'm right about that, aren't I?).
In the short term this issue will be resolved by I20.5 hitting on Tuesday, which means there should be a healthy resurgence in Keyes Trials, at least. In the longer term I'm wondering if enough Trials are running to keep me in Astrals and Empyreans.
Am I the only one having this issue? Do we need to turn Voodoo Tuesdays into Trial Tuesdays? -
Did a couple BAFs today. Fun stuff.
Thanks to Masque for making me do it and everyone else who as there as well.

Aww Penny, I'll be sad to see you go. All the best, fellow Victorian.
