Gratz to all on leveling up in the game (lol) Grats to War Witch for landing Lead Dev, so glad a female is in charge for now lol. As for GR info, My Birthday is in a few weeks so............ would be nice to have some info for my day

Congrats to all the promotions! The way I'm reading this is that nobody got anything even remotely resembling a demotion. The game has just become so awesome that they needed a new tier of super-boss to reflect it.

I think the best example of something endgame-ish in CoH right now would be the ITF - it's played a lot by 50s because it's fun - so if they can create something similar as part of the enw endgame stuff, it'll be awesome.

Holy crap! Congrats to War Witch and Ghost Falcon, and welcome to the Forums, Television and Doc Delilah!
For those who didn't know, can you believe that War Witch started as the Office Manager? (Edit: actually, maybe she didn't start as the Office Manager, that's from August of 2002, 6 months after she was hired) And now she's the Lead Designer! That is awesome! I think Positron has done a great job in the position, but it's really cool that the person who has been with CoH the longest is now in charge of its direction. You deserve it, War Witch!
I'm also very excited about Positron being focused on an End Game system. I really look forward to new fun things to do with my level 50s.

But the whole "Here's news that you will be getting news soon(tm)!" is getting a little old.
While it's still better than no acknowledgment at all, it's still rather irritating.

I'm really excited about the "content" word being used so much... I know that the wandering members of the crew I'm a part of on Pinnacle will come streaming back in if there's new content, and that will make me as happy as a pig in sh... uh... it'll make me really happy. 
I think her first duty now that we know about promotions should be to tell us about the new zones that are coming down the pipe.
That would give us something to get excited about.
and keep us at bay for alittle while.

Meanwhile, we’ve been growing in size and have had some exciting staffing promotions and changes occur recently that we’d like to share with you – especially because some of the individuals involved are about to start interacting here on the boards as new red names!
Always willing to jump in and get his hands dirty, Matt “Positron” Miller has handed over day-to-day management of the Design Team to Melissa “War Witch” Bianco so that he can focus on the critically important End Game system in addition to a few other “top secret” initiatives. We’re certain that Posi has made this selfless hands-on sacrifice not only to ensure that the End Game is the best it can possibly be, but also to make Melissa’s life a living…er… a lovely educational and professional growth experience.
If it's the former, that makes total sense. If it's the latter, it seems... odd. That's not to say that I think WW wouldn't do a good job (GRATS! Btw).
Congratulations to everyone who got a promotion.
