Sure, if you buy the "Super Booster VII - Personal Notification" pack. Included are 5 new cell phone emotes, a self rez power, the "Babs" costume, and a personal call from a dev when something is about to go on.

On a serious note, I was obviously addressing the event mechanics and not the communication and/or implementation plan. On the second point I can agree with you to a point but I am willing to wait and see how things go. At the moment is seems more of testing the water...and I am all for testing new ways of doing events.

I'd like it if the devs and/or mods did a Praetorian invasion at the end of the GR beta - with them taking control of the signature Praetorians, backed up by hundreds of Praetorian Clockwork

I'm not sure how many of you were around in BETA. But just before the game launched there was a massive Rikti invasion with massive motherships actually appearing in the sky:



Of course this was before the Rikti were redesigned so chances are these outdated models have been scrapped. But it would be interesting to see these ships return...

Well, thats the same model as the one crashed in the RWZ, just obviously lacking the bottom column bit due to..well, crashing. Although you do get to see it, minus a few chunks, on certain Rikti cave maps. So, not outdated.

Those green clouds must be from the exhaust ports, which look to be about the size of a womp rat too.

You can see the bottom bit serving as the ceiling in that giant Rikti portal room.

It's not so much DOOM as constant frustration. If NCSoft even showed some minor interest in promoting this game it would go a long way to alleviate the gnashing of teeth caused by the deafening GoRo silence

Buy a page in the comics! Insist that they explain what COH is during an episode, instead of just having that meaningless prop sign on a set wall! If the publicity department isn't drumming up business it's not living up to it's professional responsibilities!
