ECE is an awesome field. One of my best friends in the day took that and she found it very rewarding and a great learning experience, as well as a test of patience.
I hear you on the changes. My sub's on auto-renew but I find myself logging in less and less myself. Waiting until March/April for a bunch of new missions. 
CoH is still fun because of the people, mostly. Not finding myself getting motivated to purp out more toons.
Agreed on Aion, it's lots of fun so far but to be fair I'm only level 10 heh. Game looks great though.

Real Life and other interests are very important. I took a year off CoX to get things together and take a good look at myself. Champion was very welcoming to me when I came back. Work, Home, Family and everything else can push you in many directions and things change all the time. I wish you the best and hope all your dreams are realized. Just remember that there is always a slot on our PUG with your name on it.

Sad to see you go Shin. I must say it was always a pleasure when you would join LES teams/events. You are definitely one of the better gamers that I have experienced in this game. Well I've debated making a good bye thread for a while now, but I feel that I need closure, so I'm making one, dont care how much you hate it.

Wymphyri, X, Stray, Purp, Zurok, Rempire, Blood, Pyro, Hell, 4shes, Pin, Rose, Reppy, Easca, Rona, Cyb, Kryene, Trixi, Xionian, Pool, UC, Jock, Burk, SS, Ark, Bravo, Ang, Swup, Locks, Shadow, Koji, Red, Jord, Net, Poka, Gold, Void, Free, Zenitram, Cutlass, Jac, Flea, Cobalt.... many many many others... I would run out of room if I could list everyone... I'm really truely grateful for meeting all of you... and glad I can still keep in touch on facebook with some... and even having the privalidge to meet some in RL.
I started playing this game in July '06, my main account ended on december 8th and this one ends tommorow. I really never thought I'd leave this game until everyone else left and the developers shut down the servers, but it looks like I am.
I should say that I certainly was not pleased with certain changes to the game (thats not why I'm making this post though)... I'm sure most of you know what I'm talking about (pvp...farming...lack of new content...), However really its a need to move on and explore new things (other games(aion atm which is win), and other things in life). I currently work in a child day care center 5 days a week, and am working on getting into college to take classes in early childhood education. It is my passion. Well the above resulted in cox getting the boot.
Well now I'm rambling, and its already one of the longest posts I've ever made, I hate long posts. However I do need to thank some peoples (seems to be tradition eh?) Many of you have been very kind to me these past 3 years, and I really appreciate it, it means alot.
There really isn't enough room here to thank everyone. I don't think most people really care either
