I think it should be called 'Little Black Book' and contain cell numbers and grant you the ability to call fateweavers/hero corps, facemaker/icon tailors, and VG/SG reps for paying base rent.

I'd like to see the 99 month Vet reward be the option to pick pool powers without their prereqs (similar to the 60 month with travel powers, but for all pool powers). You'd still have to be level 14 to take the third tier and level 20 to take the fourth tier, but you wouldn't have to take Boxing or Kick to take Tough or Weave.
I'd also like that to be the very last Vet reward with an associated badge. You'd still get a free costume token every three months, a respec every year (or is it 9 months?), and a character slot every year... but no more badges.
I'm the rare sort of badger who wants EVERYONE to be able to get EVERY badge, if that's what they want to do. 
Other Vet rewards I'd like to see include a summonable Market kiosk, which would be usable by anyone near the caster. A summonable tailor hologram or the like would be pretty sweet too.
Also, one of the ideas I'm less thrilled about would be a personal teleporter device that lets you teleport directly to any zone that character has visited before--give it a 20 or 30 min cooldown, like Assemble the Team... It doesn't seem overpowered or anything, just kind of useless given all our other transportation options.

As I've mentioned previously, this objection is also theoretically defuseable in a trivial way by simply stating that if the servers were to ever close, everyone would get every veteran badge at least one hour before server shutdown as a parting gift.

IIRC, Veteran Rewards currently don't have any defensive power options. A short-ish defensive buff tailored towards particular damage types could certainly be viable.

You can summon a buff pet that will give you a small global defense + recovery increase or a small global resistance + uhhh... (accuracy? damage? I forget, I always take the blue ones for recovery
) pet that buffs you until an AoE takes out its 10 HP.

I might have used these wings, and might do so again, but I've never used the Reveal Power, nor do I expect to.
I appreciate the Vet Rewards, treating them as gifts, but other than a "Thank you" from the Devs, I don't see them as a big deal.

Aside form that I'd gladly take double the slots of the 66 month reward along with 2 character slots

I was really hoping for the 5 year badge to be the last one. But they're still doing more. I'm already kind of annoyed with some of the high-end vet rewards because they can make a difference in your character even at high levels. I really don't want them to keep tying such good things to vet rewards.
