Let it be known that I cast my votes by a PM to "a Bubbawheat".

Unfortunately, I could not get through all the categories, so I had to limit my voting. However, Sister Flame and I have a great list of MA missions to play.

Good luck everyone and keep on creating those stories.

P.S. I forgot to mention thanks from Sister Flame for being nominated in her category. She really appreciates, even though there is no trophy to be won.

Best TO Range Arc (1-15)

I'll abstain, not having played these.

Best DO Range Arc (15-25)

Abstain

Best SO Level Arc (25-40)

I've only played one of these, so voting seems unfair

Best Epic Level Arc (40-50)

First Place: One Million Eyes #71933 @minimalist
Second Place: Have a Blap, Blap, Blappy Day Kids! #2019 @Wrong Number

Best Short Arc (1-3 missions)

Abstain

Best Multi-Part Arc (2+ arcs)

Abstain (partially because I will probably never play a multi-arc story unless I know the author and owe them money or something).

Best Serious Arc

First - Blight #140423 @Witch Engine
Second - Kiss Hello Goodbye #156389 @Kitsune9tails

Best Comedy Arc

None of my favorite funny arcs are there . . .

Geek, you have to nominate 2 arcs for the categories you're voting for, I think. I'm no statistician, but only voting for one in the serious category might unfairly skew the results? Bubba?

Eco.

MArcs:

The Echo, Arc ID 1688 (5mish, easy, drama)
The Audition, Arc ID 221240 (6 mish, complex mech, comedy)
Storming Citadel, Arc ID 379488 (lowbie, 1mish, 10-min timed)

Voting for best DO range arc sure was tough. Glad I didn't have to select the nominees

I really enjoyed Ctrl + Alt + Reset #137561 by @Bubbawheat and have ever since I played it through with the author on one of my alts and then learned to my surprise that it was featured in the City Scoop. My favorite part is all the pop culture references in the clues. It does have a typo in the first mission--First time you fight Agent Marx one of his when injured lines of dialog goes "But this in this city..." so has an extra this in it. 5/5 stars.

PUG Hell #7415 by @Beach Lifeguard was a bit too far beyond the 4th wall for my taste but is chalk full of very funny depictions of bad PuG clichés. Has one very cool map on last mission. Arc could have been longer in my opinion although many will perhaps consider it the perfect length. Typo alert: Mystery Solved clue "It was Living Monumnet the Whole Time!" obviously name of boss is misspelled. 4/5 stars.

Cutthroat Competition #10171 by @Frozen Northman is very challenging and I'm all about the challenge level being as high as reasonably possible. Lead out on huge map on second to last mission (why not just have mission end with rescuing hostage?) and another huge map with hostages to find on final mission are not my favorites although they didn't bother me as much as they did a couple of other people on the team I ran it through with. This arc has really great custom mobs that put up a tough fight. 4/5 stars.

The Invasion of the Bikini-Clad Samurai Vampiresses from Outer Space! #61013 by @Aliana Blue was a real surprise. Should have expected the Ed Wood parody from the title but somehow didn't. Best contact ever and I don't see how anybody will be able to top that one. Very nifty how it managed to turn Ed from a zero into a hero so deftly.

Only two words need be said about Sibling Rivalry #118690 by @Sister Flame and they are--Disco Trolls! Okay, maybe a few more words. I very much liked the abandoned warehouse maps and the Clockwork are fun to fight as always. Also gave extra points just for having War Witch as a contact as she's my favorite signature hero. This is another arc that I think I've played through once with the author coincidentally enough. 4/5 stars.

My votes for Best DO Range Arc (15-25)

1st place--Ctrl + Alt + Reset #137561 @Bubbawheat
2nd place--Sibling Rivalry #118690 @Sister Flame

Hope I didn't let the fact that I've met both authors of the arcs I voted for in game affect my vote but I've played both arcs through more than once now and think they deserve to win.

Best Use of Mechanics posted. Congrats to the finalists and to the honorable mention: Constantinaple's Jones' Family Secret #91838 @Hero2. Thanks to Airhead for helping me with the judging.

And a big congratulations to all the finalists, honorable mentions, and players for everything. This has been a really great experience so far and I will definitely be doing it again sometime.

Whew, finally played all the arcs in a category (haven't played many of the arcs that got pushed through with multiple nominations and didn't need to be judged).

Best Short Arc (though many of these are funnier than the comedy arcs I've played and/or heard about)

1st: Forget the Rose, bring the Thorn. (had me literally laughing out loud several times, very funny)
2nd: Becky's Revenge. (Very well written and very fun)

Those two and Celebrity Kidnapping are all really pretty equal to each other, but I know I'll be voting for PW in at least one of the other categories.

Awesome, I'm going to jump straight ahead to this category as it's the one I've been waiting for. Also, I've played Constantinaple's Jones' Family Secret before and it's a neat and short arc I'd recommend people to try out to see what they can do with chained missions.

For everyone curious to the posibilities of turning a single mission into an entire arc, check this one out. The author manages to do this wonderfully. Worth checking out even if it has not made the final in this category.

Yep, read the rules. You couldn't nominate your own arcs, but you sure can vote for them.

Oh, and Valor: Voting's still open until Nov 5th. Still plenty of time. And depending on how many people feel like they don't have enough time, I may extend that one more week.

Best use of Mechanics

First place - The Next War on Drugs #245042 @arachnodragon
Second place - Speeding Through Time # 51728 @Geek_Boy

That's right: I couldn't help but vote for my own, but I actually think anarchrodragon's arc does neater things than mine does.

Awesome to be nominated, though! Thanks, judges!

Best Epic Level Arc:

#1 - One Million Eyes #71933 @minimalist
#2 - A Warrior's Journey: the Flower Knight Task Force #260284 @PW

Best Short Arc:

#1 - Becky's Revenge #60197 @New Age Ronin
#2 - Forget the Rose, Send Me the Thorns #8925 @Hydrophidian

Those epic arcs were a bit draining at +3/x8, I need a break.

(I made something like 20k tickets I think...)
