To be serious:
Anything Elec for Scrappers/Tanks. There are a TON of them running around at the moment. Actually, ALL of the newly proliferated sets are in good supply as far as I can tell (notable exception may be a Traps Defender).

Traps is an awesome defender set.
Been seeing elec melee scrappers mostly.
Redside, claws brutes are definitely FOTM at the moment. Every other low-level brute I see is rockin' the claws.

On a more serious note, I know I have seen a veritable horde of Shield/ and Elec/ tanks lately. In fact, my Ice/ tank is the only Icer I think I've seen in at least two months.
Can't really speak to the other AT's. I just noticed the tanks because that is the AT I'm leveling at the moment so I pay more attention to them.

We've moved past FoTMs. Fire/Kin Controllers are past Fad of the Year and moving toward Fad of the Decade.
Having Vengeance and Fallout slotted for recharge means never having to say you're sorry.
