Ice/Ice Brutes?
One advantage Ice Armour also has is that it's virtually immune to -recharge itself. This is a huge advantage for Brutes where -recharge can severely retard your ability to attack (where you also gain a big chunk of Fury) and maintain aggro via punchvoke and taunt (if you're that sort of Brute).
Very handy vs Psi enemies.

After posting here and discussing the reality of Ice Melee ever becoming available for stalkers I started to cry manly tears of sadness...Do you guys think Ice Melee needs to be reworked or do you think if it ever was ported over to Brutes it would need some changes?
Whoops. Sorry about that. I slipped a little.
Well, Mr. Powers, if you are gonna necro something, it *is* better to keep it on ... Ice?

/Ice/ice on brutes please. I need SS/ice and ice/sr brutes, naow!

Ha! Indeed it is good sir! For now I will enjoy my Elec/Ice Stalker!
YMMV---IMO

Yeah, I think the only thing holding ice melee back from being proliferated is that its numbers would need quite a bit of tweaking for the other ATs.
Would ice melee need tweaking, beyond applying at scales and mechanics? I seemed to remember looking in mids, comparing ice melee to other tanker secondaries, and it didnt seem that far off, considering the ice patch and the slows.
I want an Ice/SR Brute or Scrapper, and I want an SStr/IceArmor Brute.

I think they haven't proliferated it yet to brutes so we have an excuse to roll a tanker XD, I mean, anything a tank can do a brute can do but with more damage!
Also Ice armor is a clunky mess, it gives both res and def in weird ways, sometimes gives defense and other powers give resistance, it makes it really hard to slot for an efficient set.

And since you'll cap Cold resistance, you just need to slot the Def powers for Defense. Not that hard to efficiently slot.

400% Regen, 200% Recovery, 37% Resistance to almost everything, Big -Mag numbers...yes please!
Hasten is perma with one slot, no need to add any.
6 slotted stamina will solve your recovery problems.
Slot all attacks with one accuracy, and 5 damage.
Instant Healing is the best toggle in the game.
An attack must HIT you to generate fury, pure resist sets are thus superior.
Those were all true statements at one point in the game. Now, however, you don't see them cyclicly come up on the boards. The statement could be made true by simply saying "The slow made fury difficult, thus it was removed. As of now, it simply has not been ported."
