Already downloaded it in test server last week, pre-download is up to 155 Mb, although there's a message saying this is not functional yet. I agree with Praf, as I had thought, Open Beta and Issue release may happen anytime between the end of Halloween and the beginning of Christmas Event, which last year ran from December 17th to January 6th.

Two entirely new power sets can hardly be considered to be "middle and lower class features"
Nor indeed can a lot of the rest of the content. Day Jobs, dual builds, etc
This is potentially one of the most exciting issues to date.

Ofc we will have to wait and see if these features are good and bad when I meant middle and lower class I meant stuff like powersets, new arcs in my mind would be considered lower class, everything else middle class. Higher class would be Ouroboros, Invention System, etc

I think he is trying to point to the fact that new arc's are easy to make in-between but aren't a real new feature. You make a zone with a few arc's (Cimerora)... knowing you make some more arc's next issue aside of the real new things (dayjob system) youre making. The medium content will be stuff like QOL (Dual builds).
Still.. there is a LOT behind this issue and the big patch after they took over that isn't mentioned here. Small QOL things and behind-the-scenes changes that set the game up for future long-term updates.
Like the unexpected safe-function for Costumes... and the in-between update came with more channels and ordening of toons. We had name change possible... server transfers... spam blokkers...
I know this stuff isn't seen as extra content. But it is stuff that makes the game itself. These updates are very welcome and shouldn't be forgotten.
