That wayt the diversity will be a bit lacking. Isn't it better to make the adds a bit more global... If behind Vin Diesel would be mentioned 'In UK' then it would be ok to have them randomize all over the world.
Still.. if more and more adds come... the diversity will grow.
I gather that non time related adds will help a lot too. Movie premieres can only run a short time. The movie adds as billboard above the cinema's would be a real smart move though. This also count for the theater.

Ads for Germany and France will arrive over time as well. The system is setup so that we only distribute ads to those who they are relevant for - so yes, in many cases if you live outside one of the core territories you may not see the ads.
